I got this hearing aid for my mom, and it has been working great for her. I love how easy it is to use and how much it has helped her hear better. The sound is clear, and she doesn’t have to keep asking people to repeat themselves. It’s like her world has opened up again. Watching her smile and feel more confident in conversations makes me so happy. She doesn’t feel left out when talking to family or friends anymore, which is the best part. One of the reasons I love this hearing aid is because it’s really simple to use. You just push the button up to turn it on and down to turn it off. Adjusting the volume is also easy; you just use a little scroll wheel. The hearing aid fits perfectly in her ear canal, so she doesn’t feel any discomfort. The package also comes with four different sizes of ear domes, so you can pick the one that fits best. I tried a couple of sizes with my mom to find the perfect one, and once we did, it stayed secure and didn’t bother her at all. I got this hearing aid for my Mom, her hearing function is declining with age. My Mom is very happy because she can hear better sound. It is very easy to use for the elderly, just push the button up to ON and down to Off, and the scroll wheel to adjust the volume. The hearing aid fits my Mom's ear canal perfectly, giving her comfort when wearing. The hearing aid does work, but the sound quality is rather unimpressive. The materials and quality seem rather cheap. The case is ok, but doesn't include any frills, and the case cannot charge the hearing-aid.
