Yargh, maty! these insoles be, supportive, but creaky!!! I love these insoles, the best part about them vs the others I like, is the heel pad. It's super soft, but supportive and not mushy. I walk all day on concrete and I am prone to plantar fasciitis if my shoes do not have the correct arch support. These provide awesome arch support and comfort all day long. For me they're true to size; I wear a men's 13. My only complaint if I were to have one is that after about a week of wearing, the rigid plastic developed a creaking like I'm walking back and forth on the Cutty Sark! If you want comfortable insoles these are great however beware, you may get mistakenly accused of being a crop-duster, from all the creaking and groaning these bad babies can make! Happy with the purchase. I haven't tried many soles. I had to get one with an arch cause the left edge of my foot hurts. These soles had good rating so I went with them. Arrived fine. These are significantly cheaper than the ones recommended by the people at the athletic shoe store and these are 1 day delivery from Amazon. So I gave them a shot. The ones I have been buying for more than 10 years don’t seem to be lasting long any more and are now $70 a pair and take at least a week to get. I am a big person. I have an active job and try to walk 2 miles per day. I was willing to get less time out of these cheaper insoles as long as they provided enough support and were cheaper. I wore these 2 weeks and couldn’t anymore, a lot less support, they are significantly thinner and I can feel in pressure of the rubber when I where them. ... show more

I took out the stock insole and they match up well with the CruvHeal. Box says wear for 2.5-3 hrs until acclimated. They seem pretty comfortable to me. I bought these because of PF but mostly a painful heel that has been slow to heal. At age 73 not a surprise. I did some ladder work and the walked a golf course, not a surprise there. Last time I spent a day going up and down a ladder the same thing happened. Also FLATFEET. Anyway these popped right in the shoe without trimming, right foot feels very comfortable and left not as much. Since this is very new Iwill update this review after 2 weeks. But so far so good. These fit great, have great support, are very durable, easy to use, performed exactly as described and are VERY durable! My only complaint is that for me they take up so much space in all of my shoes that they caused me a lot of pain from pressure. These will be great for my winter boots and would work well in work boots or other shoes that have a lot of space but not for tennis shoes. ... show more
