These are not nearly as wrinkled out of the package as I imagined given some of the reviews. Not too bad. I’m sure the little wrinkles that are there will come out over time. These are super well-made feeling and sleek. I bought them for my newborn’s nursery but I may end up buying another set to replace the blackout curtains for my bedroom as well, since they are superior. No light gets in through the curtain, though of course it comes in the top and sides. Still makes it pretty dark for sleeping in broad daylight. We’ll see how well it blocks light pollution at night. I think ordering extra wide sizes to have extra fabric would help with light leakage from the sides, as well as hanging it as high as possible to help leakage from the top. I’m not a fan of the grommet look, I prefer fabric loops, but I’m sure this was the most economical to produce, and for that I’m ok with it. ... show more

These weren’t wrinkle free, but it was expected considering the type of material. The curtains in the image are the 96”H option and look like what is advertised. The ceilings in the image are 9ft and the windows are 59”H X 35”W. I hung the rods roughly 2/3 of the height from the top of the window towards the ceiling and fastened the rod holders 10” W from the edges one each side of the window to make them appear larger.     • Pretty, But Not Pure White is Actually a Light Grey!

My curtains arrived quickly and were packaged very well by Amazon. They did need a light pressing to get the package wrinkles out of them. Once hung, they drape beautifully. The weave of the fabric is tight, so I'm thinking that my cat (who looks out the window) won't get his fur stuck in the linen treads. The lining blacks out unwanted sun or I can close them for to keep the cold out and the warmth in. I really like that these are machine washable, what appears to be high performance fabric. They are heavy with an insulating liner, I would probably hang to dry or possibly place on low knits in the dryer and set it to run until they are just damp dry. Then hang to finish drying. They only reason I gave them just 4 stars, is one panel was a tad longer on one side than the other. A slightly crooked hemline. But I placed it in a corner, so it isn't noticeable at all in my space. If you have white blinds in the window, this color provides enough contrast that it doesn't make my white blinds look old or dirty. ... show more

Love these curtains! They arrived promptly and as described. Yea, they have some wrinkles in them when they show up but a short time in the dryer with a very damp towel will take out the worst. Just hang them immediately after pulling them from the dryer or they will crease again. I steamed out the minor wrinkles left. These are heavy duty, linen curtains. The curtains on the left are from Walmart. As you can see, these on the right actually keep out light. They're definitely wrinkled though, which isn't a deal breaker for me. They did come with a big black spot on the back that shows on the outside of our sliding glass door, but it's in the backyard so we're the only ones who see it. All in all I recommend. ... show more

These curtains are absolutely beautiful! They are thick so the heat is not coming through as much! The wrinkles that they come with do release after being hung for a day or so. I HIGHLY recommend washing them after you are sure you love them because they so carry a strong smell. The are truly blackout curtains and make a world of difference in our bedroom! ... show more
