The detachable utensil holder secures a utensil for transit and then doubles as a spoon rest for serving. Cleanup is easy too, both the PFAS-free porcelain enameled pot and hinged cover are removable.

Great little tailgating crockpot. I ordered the 6 quart, and although it looks small, it holds plenty!! Outside stays cool, inside food stays warm for about an hour, less than I had hoped, but we have been outdoors in some very cold weather. My ceramic crockpot keeps food warmer longer, likely due to the ceramic holding heat better than the metal insert in this model. Pro's are it is lightweight, less likely to spill, and everyone is fascinated by it, so it gets alot of attention. Would probably work better for an indoor situation. I am 70+ and while everyone told me I did not have to bring food to pot lucks I really did want to contribute. My problem was getting hot foot to the church or the camping group without a struggle. This did it. 11/19/23 Hot Irish Stew and nothing was left! Carrying it to the car was a breeze with the strong handle and the food was secure.
