My recent order included two of the solar shock 100 systems. One Solar Panel was damaged in shipping. (As evidenced by the damage to the shipping carton.) Although Premier wasn’t directly at fault, after investigating the incident, they not only sent a replacement panel, the sent it expedited as well. I assume they have insurance for these kinds of incidents but they were apologetic, empathetic and timely in their response. It’s understandable that things don’t always go according to plan.
