I decided to try this instead of the "normal" Jym pre-workout that I have always used along with nitric oxide supplements. This was just too much for me. I developed nausea and really couldn't use it effectively as a result. If you don't have that issue, it is a great all-in-one pre-workout. This new formulation kicks things up a few notches. I don’t get the jitters or a crash after using this product. I like the orange flavor the best so far, but Tiger Blood wasn’t bad.

Lots of comments about the scoop size. It's HUGE. Like protein scoop size. If you think you are slamming this down by putting a scoop in your mouth then water, best split it in two! That being said...it works! Like big time! The pumps are great and the strength is good. I rotate every bottle.to give my body a fresh start on a new supplement.     • No Scoop for safe measurements
I ordered the new jym advanced pre workout, opened it up and after searching for the scoop for 10 minutes and went as far as emptying it out slowly on another container - no scoop and surprisingly there was no dessicants either but most importantly no scoop . I am not able to safely measure the scoop amount, no measuring cups or scales at the house. I reached out to support through Amazon to the Jym official website. Went through the chat window and also sent email out with my contact information. It's been more than two days and no response. My loss unfortunately and I been a big supporter of jym product line for many years. ... show more

    • Tastes bitter and hard on stomach
JYM products are typically good. High quality ingredients and a lot of thought into the formulas for their pre's, proteins, etc. I tried this because I liked their basic pre-workout and thought this might be a step up. It definitely gives you a little bit of a kick and it lasts a whole work out. What I really do not like is the taste. It is very bitter and chemical tasting and it is a true gut bomb. It upsets my stomach and sometimes has made me feel straight up nauseous. I have tried mixing it with some BCAA product to change the taste and also tried diluting it more to make it easier on the stomach but it really is rough. For this reason I would definitely not buy it again and I feel like I'll be wasting most of the container as I just can not stomach it. Would not recommend for anyone who has had issues with a pre-workout giving a stomach ache or causing nausea - this was the first product that did it to me and I can't use it. ... show more
