My GF bought this to clean her patio. It generates a powerful stream and seems to clean great. I don't have any means to measure the PSI, but it doesn't "seem" like it's really 4000 PSI as advertised; but who really cares? It blasted the grime off her patio tiles and concrete pavers right away. The pavers had a combo of mold, moss and dirt; hard to remove. It cleaned some of the pavers that a previous cleaning with a well-known brand didn't get clean. We haven't used it long enough to see how long it holds up. I'd like to mention a few pros and cons about its design. Pros: 1. It has a handy compartment to store nozzle tips, etc (not mentioned in their instruction book). 2. It has a rack on the gun to store nozzles also - really handy if you need to change nozzles during a job. You might use this if you need pencil spray to blast out stubborn stains, and the fan spray for more usual cleaning. Cons 1. There is only one cord hook and it's not placed well. Makes rolling up the cord less convenient, but of course, it doesn't matter in use because you won't have the cord rolled up. I'd suggest they move the hook up higher (and possibly add a second hook) for easier cord storage. Even one hook higher up would allow one to wrap the cord up and hang it out of the way. 2. The assembly manual is not as clear as it should be. The section for attaching the handle doesn't show where the screws go, for instance. ... show more

I bought this pressure washer maybe a year ago I used it once then today when I went to use it it not only blew my power but fried my breaker an I had to ha e the breaker replaced so that goes without saying the pressure washer also dose not work any more. It makes me very upset I only got one use out of it. Besides that it was always difficult to hook the water hose to it an it was difficult to get the hose connected an it was uncomfortable to use because u had to use the long extension price to use the soap bottle witch is why in a year I only used it once . No one to contact. I've had this powryte for about 3 years and now the wand has a hole in it and everytime I use it the hole gets larger causing it to be useless.got on the websight and could only get to the main page, won't go any further.then emailed them 4xs and still nothing.all I'm asking for is to buy a replacement wand and evidently they want nothing to do with the customer.i would never buy from this company again and Amazon should drop them as a preferred company..customer no service.hey Amazon this is a useless company ... show more

Regularly shuts-off mid-use. Takes several minutes to come back on. Must have some sort of auto-shut off that doesn't work correctly. Thought it could have a level sensor. But it happens even when the unit is entirely secure and level. It definitely is a design problem not just a faulty unit.

used one season and only washed a couple things. Next season all the connectors leaked including where the hose hooks up. Piece of China chit. And I paid $250.00 for this piece of junk. Buy USA.
