  • Well Built and Looks Great
Build quality feels great. It has a bit of weight to the base along with rubber feet to help keep it from sliding around. The magnetic usb-c adapter is nicely engineered to prevent wear and tear by reducing friction from connecting and disconnecting a usb port. Instead it just sits on the connectors to get a charge. The LED light pattern can be changed by just touching the back of the stand and rotating through the options. You can also tell if the portal is charged at a glance according to the LED light (dependent on your LED light setting you selected). It feels very sturdy with the Portal docked. Overall a nice way to display and charge your portal. ... show more

  • Fantastic!
The dock has nice weight to it which makes it feel premium and also acts as a solid counter weight when the Portal is sitting on it. It looks great, charges great, and over is exactly what it should be.

  • 4.8 stars, good charging stand with some very minor flaws
This is overall an excellent charging stand for the Playstation Portal. The fact that it is officially licensed automatically makes it the best option currently available, as you are guaranteed to not have any weirdness with voltage and charging protocol. The USB insert fits in an attractive, low profile manner and the Portal fits securely in the weighted stand. I have two minor complaints: First, the USB insert is somewhat difficult to remove when you need to charge with a regular USB C cable, as there is almost nothing to grip. It would definitely be cool if they offered a USB C cable with a matching magnet setup at the end for charging without the stand while traveling, so removal would never be necessary. And second, I *really* wish the lights could be dimmed further. Even on the lowest setting, the lights are still way too bright for a dark room, but they can easily be turned off, so it's not a huge issue. But other than those minor complaints, this is an excellent charging stand. And let's face it, the location of the USB charging port on the Portal is quite a pain to reach, so this is a very nice accessory to have! ... show more

  • Love it!
Love this product! I needed a stand/charging station for my portal so this was perfect. It has 3 setting for the RGB lights. You can change them by tapping the back of the station. A USB cable (decent length) is included so you can plug it in your playstation and charge it or plug in any USB plug. It's good quality and nothing cheap. You can even do a little trick and charge your controller for fun, but it will be upside down, but than again this is for the Portal only. The only thing I didn't like was how hard it was to remove the adapter you need to plug in the USB portion of the Portal that connects to the Station to make it charge. I wish the Station had the USB on it so you can remove the Portal much easier. ... show more

  • Really love this charger stand for my PS Portal
It lights up with a tap of your finger Portal is easily placed on plus it’s well made and makes your portal look cool. My only complaint would be they should make the little usbc peace a little smaller so other cases fit along with it.

  • It won't charge if you have a silicon skin
Couldn't leave feedback at first but looks like it's open now. If you have a skin it won't dock to charge. The light feature was interesting but i just leave it on the work desk to charge. (Call center late shift and manager said if no calls it's fine) The charging adapter is difficult to get out if you take it on a trip and forget to bring the dock. A tab or something to help grab it easier would have been nice. It does charge if you plug it into a good power source but their instructions say to plug into the ps5 but it's not used at home. I just play remotely. I just wanted a charging indication light for the most part. Some of the games i play are like Telltale games and some touch to react so being on the dock is fine for that for the most part for myself. The removing the dongle from the portal needs to be easier than finding needle nose pliers and a dock that has leeway to allow for a skin to be used to rest it would be nice. If you don't have a skin then you should be fine. Trying to get my skin off and back on each time to dock is annoying. ... show more

  • Won’t fit with any accessories
I have a super thin case on mine. It protects it from any super minor fumbles and scratches when placed on a surface briefly. With the case on, it won’t fit the stand. It needs to be bare bones with absolutely nothing attached in order for it to fit properly. Update. It’s nearly impossible to remove the attachment from the plug without causing any scuff or damage to the port. With that said, it is beautiful ... show more
