As advertised and shipped in great condition. Easy setup. Lots of Fortnight games to enjoy. My favorite by far is the Lego Fortnite Oddesy. That has been my go to game for distressing after work. Love that game! I got a cooling and charging station for it and it sits perfectly in it.

    • Terrible Quality and Terrible Refunding Experience
PS5 itself was below average considering how excited this console was the past few years. The graphics were terrible, the loading time for downloads for a videogame was 48 hours when it would be 2-7 hours on an Xbox console on the same network and less than 1 hour for my PC on the same network. Then, after I returned it, instead of returning it to my Chase Amazon credit card, they refunded it to my Amazon account balance (for stuff I can strictly buy only on this website) without my knowledge. I purchased a $20 item and saw I had enough reward points to use on it so I figured, why not? Little did I know I was using the "refund" of the PS5 that was just thrown into my Amazon account balance and not the original payment method. So after I contacted customer service to have them return the refund to my credit card, they said they couldn't because of the $20 purchase. My compromise was to just refund the difference of about $430 to the credit card so I didn't have to pay for a product I don't have but am still willing to pay for the product I am keeping and they replied they couldn't do that. This is a HUGE issue Amazon is creating for me when I wanted the refund returned back to the original payment method and also misleading customers into thinking they have rewards points for purchases rather than saying it's from the refund balance. This was a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY THAT NEEDS TO BE RECONSTRUCTED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CONSUMER WHO SPENDS HUNDREDS TO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ANNUALLY ON YOUR PRODUCTS. ... show more
