The parts aren’t labeled and the picture of the pieces in the instructions were so hard to see that you’re guessing on some items if it’s what you need. We got this for my niece and nephew and they love it. The battery runs out relatively quickly and takes a while to charge, so it is worth getting a second one if the kids use it a lot.

After my husband and I spent a nightmare of 2+ hours assembling the flimsy plastic pieces together, we discovered that 1) it was missing a rear fender, and 2) We charged the battery 18 hours per the instructions only to plug it in and the car didn't do anything. Didn't even make a sound. We contacted the service center and they sent us a new battery. Same thing. Charged it for 18 hours, and plugged it into the car, and nothing. Beyond frustrating for a huge item that is now all put together and is indicated as being non-returnable. Not sure that I realized how big this was. Thats a plus and minus i suppose. I can't really transport it easily anywhere. Outside of that, at home, my 4 yr and 2yr old love it. They both fit comfortably side by side and I think they'll both fit for a couple years more. The battery life is pretty great, I haven't had it die on me yet. We've gone for an hour long non-stop ride around the neighborhood. Price was better than others i saw, and comes off and on small bumps/rises pretty easily.
