Shipping 1st. Amazon prime said 1 day shipping. lied to and delivered 2 days later. I could have ordered a better washer for that shipping speed for less or similar price. Assembly Easy to assemble. Plug and play type connects. 2 screws only to assemble gun hose holder. Easy work. 5/8 garden hose connector for water supply in the lower back. A little hard to reach place. Performance Mild at best. First a big lie that it can be used with bucket. Not really. It won’t suck the water through the bucket. So you have supply pressured water by a garden hose. Like most washers. But when you supply water it leaks at the connector on the back. So that is not good. When you finally start the washer and press the trigger, machine will not give a good Steady flow. It like 3 seconds of strong stream then slow for 2 second. Maybe the one I got is defected. So you can’t really a good job on washing anything. Disappointed. Durability The wheel broke. Cheap plastic very thin. Not even sure I can return it anymore. Only used it for 10 mins Max with bucket and garden faucet. My review, Cheap product not worth $140 Poor performance complete disappointment Suitcase type carrying handle is a plus. Since you can’t role it with broken wheel. Leaks leaks leaks. And lies about being double water source compatible. I want to return it, get a replacement or my money back so I can order something better. ... show more

Read all instructions. Turned product on for first use and it stopped working after 30 seconds. Tried different outlets, wont turn on. Re-read all instructions. Tried again to no avail. Returning today. Hopefully will get a refund.

The pressure of this washer is insane, did not expect this kind of quality from a 100 dollar pressure washer, very easy to assemble and move around. Only complain is it didn’t come with the hoses. I love that you could move it around like a suitcase, wish it comes with a longer power cord. But can’t complain at this price point. ... show more
