For the money this is hands down a great machine. It does use a linear side bushing however with just a little lube it has almost no stiction.(even less than my son's high dollar machine). It comes with all the attactments that you need. Customer service was great as I had a small issue that was rectified quickly via communucation and by mail. I have been using this smith machine brand for two weeks. It came nice packed every piece were wrap but unfortunately one of the pulley wheels came broken. I contacted costumer service and they replied my email the next day. They were very professional and told me that they didn't have that wheel in stock until the following week but if I want it right away I could buy it from Amazon and they will reimburse me the money. They sent me the model of the wheel and paid me back. The machine is very solid. Good quality. The smith machine and the cables were dry without lubricant. I put some lubricant oil for treadmill that I got from my previous gym rack to every wheel, cables, smith machine lateral bars etc . After the lubrication the smith bar and the cables were so smooth. This is my third gym rack and I have to said I am impressed with it. I hope the company consider to add some oil lubricant for the future buyers so they can feel the difference. I was skeptical at first about this machine considering its lower price compared to its competitors. But upon completing the assembly i was pleasantly surprised! Instructions were easy to follow, parts and paint were both high quality. I have used it for a variety of workouts and through them all the unit feels rock solid and capable. My only small gripe is that the smith machine component would sometimes drag/hang up during the first use. This issue was instantly eliminated when I sprayed the tubes and sleeves of the smith machine component with some WD40. The included accessories and attachments also make this a steal! All parts perfectly organized and easy to get to and to assemble and there was some extra hardware in case something was missed. Also has 2 extra rollers for the cable system for when / if the current rollers wear out. Received days earlier than anticipated. Step by step instructions were easy to follow. Thread lock nuts, very solid unit. Very high-quality product, the entire family is using it now on a daily basis. With the purchase of a bench and some free weights it removed the need to go to the gym. Great price for what you get, looked at many products prior to choosing this one. I am very happy with this purchase. It works well and allows me to do a full body workout. I only have three complaints. First, the dip bars are too far apart and I am unable to use them for dips. I am a small build female; 5’4 and 124lbs.I use one of them to store my resistance bands.The second complaint is that the locking pins for the band poles broke immediately before I even used them. I ordered a pack of a different style on Amazon for about $10.The final complaint is that shipping took almost 3 weeks. I’m not used to that being an Amazon prime member. I can be impatient at times; so be prepared to wait.Other than this, the pulley system works well, it’s was straightforward to put together, came in two large heavy boxes (both of mine arrived in the same shipment). And I’m really glad I made the purchase.I was debating between this and the Mikolo but decided on this one because you can move the weight plate holders around and allows for more versatility. ... show more

I did a lot of research considering the different lifting racks available on Amazon in my price rangeand the rack was the best reviewed, most fully featured and well built at this price point in my opinion. It really has everything I need for the core exercises I do in my garage gym. The equipment arrived intact and not scratched at all. The pulley system feels sturdy, the attachments, while simple, don't feel cheap or flimsy.
