Also has 2 extra rollers for the cable system for when / if the current rollers wear out. Received days earlier than anticipated. Step by step instructions were easy to follow. Thread lock nuts, very solid unit. Very high-quality product, the entire family is using it now on a daily basis. My unit came in two boxes two days apart, and was packaged well-enough. The boxes were reinforced on the exterior corners and nothing was damaged. All nuts and bolts were accounted for, with some extras as well. The unit is not difficult to put together, and I thought the instructions were perfectly clear. Just take your time--it's really quite intuitive, and you can look at a picture for help. The pulley assembly took maybe twenty minutes; about 1.5 hours in total to assemble the whole unit. Each step in the instructions (say, Step 1), has the hardware marked accordingly on its packaging, so you can't make a mistake. Just make sure you put a washer under every bolt head and every nut. Use a 15 and/or 17mm socket and a pair of channel locks or vise grips for assembly; I tightened every nut pretty snug and the frame held up. Once together, all the attachments went on well, including the safety bars, the plate pegs, the landmine, etc. Once you put weight plates on the pegs, it moves very little. Sprayed some silicon lubricant on the weight guide, and the pully works well, too. It's functional and sturdy, and for the vast majority of home gym users, all they need. It is very sturdy. It has all the features I was looking for. A dual pulley system. It has a place to put weights to do each exercise. Has a Lat pull down bar, tricep pull down rope, and has another bar to use for the row feature. Also, to do the Lat pull downs, it includes a bar to go across your lap with foam pads. It has configurations to do all the workouts I was paying to do at the gym. I have my own free weights from 3 lb up to 25 lb and use those in my workouts. It is a great set up. As the instructions say, it does take time to put together. I took my time and watched tv while assembling it. It says two wrenches not included, but some thin little ones were included. I used my own anyway. I am very happy with this purchase. I looked at several for about two weeks before choosing this one. I am very happy with this purchase. It works well and allows me to do a full body workout. I only have three complaints. First, the dip bars are too far apart and I am unable to use them for dips. I am a small build female; 5’4 and 124lbs.I use one of them to store my resistance bands.The second complaint is that the locking pins for the band poles broke immediately before I even used them. I ordered a pack of a different style on Amazon for about $10.The final complaint is that shipping took almost 3 weeks. I’m not used to that being an Amazon prime member. I can be impatient at times; so be prepared to wait.Other than this, the pulley system works well, it’s was straightforward to put together, came in two large heavy boxes (both of mine arrived in the same shipment). And I’m really glad I made the purchase.I was debating between this and the Mikolo but decided on this one because you can move the weight plate holders around and allows for more versatility. ... show more

The product works! It is competitive with all the other marketed products in its price scale and should be regarded as one of (if not) the best in on price scale. The size of the cage function very good with only a few exceptions which I've documented in the photos attached; the pull up bar is difficult to use from the inner cage because of the width between the cable pull down handled and the inner bar; the cable pull system has a few inches of extra cable making it seem loose but this does not prevent functionality; while using the squat rack (againt the cable pull down system) my head will bump into the double wheels for the cables (I'm 5'10) which makes picking the weight up off the rack a bit odd; and last but not least, I received a rear column that was cut with holes for the front column. I had to wait a extea two weeks to assemble the cage because of this error made by the manufacturer. Even though the cage has some flaws, it is recommendable to people on a buget seeking to get a competitive problem with all the extra components. ... show more

Absolutely love this cage definitely worth the money I can do so many more exercises now in my home gym I’ve canceled my gym membership cause. My two complaints is I wish they would have used a little heavier duty material. It does come off a little thin compared to other power racks but that being said I’m sure I’ll not be putting nowhere near the weight it would take to bend or break this rack. And the bench I ordered with it could have been engineered a little better it’s a bit of a pain to adjust from flat to put in incline. And what I’m talking about is it has a little support stub that you have to set in place when beach pressing heavier weight. If you don’t set the stub in place the bench will collapse down if you leave it in adjustable settings without out putting the extra support stub in its place. That being said aside from that it’s an awesome product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a home gym. Also the rack pulley system can support both Olympic and standard weights all you need is an Allen wrench that they include in they installation hardware. So if you already have standard weights you won’t have to upgrade to Olympics unless you just want to upgrade. Seriously great product! ... show more
