I think this is an amazing product. I am a male and I had a Panniculectomy, Pseudogynecomastia, and Abdominal Muscle Plication. The binder that the hospital gave me was horrible so I decided to buy something else to get the compression I needed to heal. This worked exceptionally well for that. I love the velco they use for this. Its not scratchy abd sticks perfectly. It's comfortable and not to difficult to put on. And mind you, I had chest and abdominal surgery so pulling and wrapping things is not easy, but this binder made it super easy to do. The straps on the back to add additional compression are amazing! It allows me to adjust as needed easily without having to remove it and wrap it again! I guess I have a longer torso because the binder would ride up a little but nothing to bad. It wasn't overly hot and was surprisingly comfortable for extended wear. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for body shaping or post surgical recovery wear! TL;DR Pros: Easy to put on and stretch tight even after surgery. Breathable. Comfortable for extended wear. Great compression. Extra compression for the added stretch bands is very nice. Cons: Could be wider for people with long torsos (It gives great compression but I wish it also gave compression higher towards the diaphragm). The additional compression straps are great but they kind of pull everything into the middle which causes some tightness and pinching if there were two on each side instead of one, it would be easier to spread the compression out over my longer torso to keep everything tight. Overall impression: Amazing fit, good price, great compression, minor problems that didn't affect the overall usefulness of the product. Would recommend! Will buy again if needed! ... show more

I am post abdominal surgery and also a mom. I have an incision that goes from sternum to pubic bone. My core strength is gone and I get a lot of back pain as a result. I’ve used a lot of different binders in the past but this one was so great I bought a second one a few weeks later. It has a curve at the bottom of the back which makes it comfortable for moving around. It is easy to put on and adjust without help. It doesn’t ride up or slip down. It has greatly eased my back pain and gives much needed support for every day tasks like lifting or deep cleaning the house. There is definitely room for days where you may have bloating or inflammation. I’m normally a large but the medium fit very well. Highly recommend! ... show more

This product would have been a great - I really loved everything about it - especially the vented back and the two adjustable support around the waist and the third for the middle. I tried it on and the compression was great as needed. However, I did not know that there were two hard brackets in the back and this was not comfortable for me as I have to sit reclined and they would eventually be putting pressure on my lowered back. They were in a place that wasn't right for my needs. I think for postpartum or csection support this would be great or for umbilical hernia etc this type of procedure allows you to be able to be more mobile and if you worked on your feet all day this would work great too. I am very pleased with how this compression band works. It is very user friendly and easily adjustable. The back has nice support and there are a few different straps for fine tuning. The material is nice against my skin and is not itchy. I just had liposuction for fat transfer and this band is much more comfortable and supportive than the band the doctor sent me home in. I am using the medium size. I weigh 165 and according to the size chart I was on the cusp of a medium and large. I ordered both to see which fit better and the medium was perfect! ... show more

This is my third attempt to find a “front butt” lifter. I thought being that this had so many straps/velcro openings that it would fit better but for those of us without a solid abdomen wall, this still puckers and rolls at the waist. It’s better than some but very bulky.

Right out of the package, this is fantastic! I recently had an abdominal hysterectomy and bought it for the stability and reminder to not lift more than I should. I purchased a 2xl and weigh 250 pounds and it fits great. The fabric is soft and comfortable and the Velcro is strong but doesn’t catch on everything it touches. It’s thin, not bulky, and supportive. This belly band is well-made, sturdy and will last me a long time. It's also very soft against my skin and the elastic bands keep it snug and comfortable to wear all day. The mesh keeps me cool and I don't have to worry about sweating. I love this belly band.
