Best belt I have found, the silicone ball that's inside to hold the hernia has been a life saver. Extremely comfortable and you can't see under clothes. Other reviewers mentioned that the corner of the belt irritates their skin, I did notice it's a bit scratchy on one corner, I just fold that corner so it's not touching my skin and that solved the problem. Honestly the discomfort of a hernia outweighs that minor issue. This is a quality product and I would buy again if need be, but I see this belt lasting a long time.

I'm 130 pounds at 5"7 and small usually fits me, so I ordered the small and it's way too big. Other than that it's good material and overall good product

Have had it for about a year and no longer works as it intended. Easy to use but unless your super fit like the man in the photo it doesn't fit correctly. I have a small muffin top and it rolls at my hips making it almost pointless to wear. Now if your in great shape it might be worth the buy but for any one else I would advise finding something with more support.

This belt works very well as an additional wrap to augment my inguinal hernia belt while I am outside for walks. It is lightweight, conveniently stored in a carry bag, and is easy to quickly apply in case my usual truss needs help. Fits discreetly below my hips, under my shirt tail on the outside of my slacks. This is my first hernia belt. I bought three different brands so I could compare. This was the worst one, by far. The other two belts came with pictures and very clear instructions on how to use them. I spent 20 minutes just trying to figure out how to put the RiptGear belt on my body. Never did figure out. What a waste of time! One of the other ones I ordered came with a removable, washable navel pad as well as back support inserts. The RiptGear belt didn't have any of those features. I wish I could get that 20 minutes back. This product is garbage and it's going back. On the plus side, it fit nicely in the cheap plastic bag.

I highly recommend this product for an umbilical hernia. The sizing is a little off. I have bought both the large and small. I should fit into the large but it was getting too loose and the boning was hitting me in the wrong spot. I went back and get to the small and it's much more comfortable. The boning is no longer jabbing me in the side and instead sits at my back where I assume its supposed to sit. Even with the small I can make it tighter or loose as needed. I would imagine this would be hard to fit if you were actually small (im post partum with twins so a small should not be the right size).
