These dishes make me think of an English place setting, they are very picturesque!! Plus the dishes are well made with thick walls and durability. I’ve had them almost a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. I bought two sets. I wish I could add to this collection deep ceramic bowls. You see, I tried, but when they arrived from Amazon they were plastic and not ceramic like the set!! Should have just been happy with original purchase and I am!! I Recommend buying it!!! I just purchased 2 of these sets,and they are Beautiful, i absolutely love the look of these dishes,i wanted something different this time around so i went with the square design! They are the perfect weight,not super heavy,and not very light.I am currently expanding my new collection,and adding on additional pieces. I had a few salad plates that had several scratches,and Amazon worked with me and offered me a discount,a decent discount,and i was happy with the end result! I wish that they weren't made in China,but i still love them,and i hear that all Botanic Garden square pieces are made there,but they had to be square!!! ... show more
