    While the foldable stove was a success at grilling some sweet bread and burgers I had to test out, I was surprised to see that it was rusted out of the box (see photo). All of the joints of the stove have rust, and every single attachment also had rusted areas. For the price, I went ahead and used it. It’s cheap, and I was really curious how well it would keep a fire going. I’m happy I tried it out, because it does very well at keeping a fire, and since there are walls it’s protected by wind. Also, very minimal smoke output because of the many ventilation points. At the end of the day, this is a good cheap stove that folds up and can be stored in the included zippered case. It’s perfect for stuffing into a backpack for hikes and camping. For the price, it’s a steal. I could have just gotten a bad one (in regards to the rust). ... show more

      • Compact size and foldable makes it easy to carry !
    What got my attention was that this can be used with wood (and other fuel sources mentioned) so need to worry about having charcoal on hand. Ours came in good shape and nice and shiny. I did have to look at the photos on the web page when initially putting it together to see what went where but once I saw how things went it was easy to put together. This is meant to be an easily carried compact stove and not a family size grill and it meets the expectations I had of it when I read their ad. Whether you are a camper, or go to picnic areas, or simply want to have an emergency way to cook in case of an extended power outage this should help and at a very reasonable price too ! ... show more
