I love this little machine! My only challenge was my faucet connection. I ended up upgrading my faucet. An easy fix! Now the quick connect attaches perfectly. I also love the fact this machine has 2 filters, one inside the washing drum and the other is outside on the back bottom. I will clean these out, once a month. I am impressed with the amount of clothing I toss in it. When it is not in use, it is my dirty clothes hamper! And then there is the super amazing spin dry cycle! Spin dry it does better than the regular size washers I have ever had in the past. Now the clothes do not come out completely dry like a hot air blowing dryer. The come out with a tad of dampness so air drying is much less!!! Al of my clothes come out clean and fresh! If you overload it, you will notice soap lines on your clothes. Make sure allow enough space for water and all is good! It is not loud at all. Very pleasant sound when it is on. The beep to notify when it’s done sounds like a microwave beep, only a little louder. I am totally impressed with it and would highly recommend. I would also suggest getting the appliance castor cart if it is to travel from carpet to non carpet floors, it just transitions easier. I have owned full sized machines. All we're a dissopintment. The cleaning was excellent. I don't want a hose so I use a bucket to fill. The drain takes time but is easy to use. If you think performance is lacking, then you haven't lost $1,000 to a full scale machine like I have. Don't waste money. You can take these anywhere. My only complaint is the safety lid. It's sharp and needs work, or I would have given five stars. Also use laundry bar soap not detergent it works better. ... show more

Update February 2022 Do not buy this washer!! The second washer is leaking. I'm over it. While the customer service is great the product sucks. My original purchase was April of 2021 so this is the second faulty washer in less than a year!! UPDATE: 2021 I am so pleased. The company sent me a new machine after some email correspondence. I have to say, the machine I had before must of been defective all the way round. The new machine doesn't get out of balance and is quiet all the way through the spin. I rated it as a 4 everything has room for improvement. I think they still could improve the ease of mobility and put atleast two leveling feet. At this point I do recommend the washer and the seller. Good quality for the price. Well I was liking this washer for the convenience of use and the spacing....but!! Today the washer completely stopped working not stopped but dumped the full old of water out. Before that I was excited for the washer. It provided me a way to do my laundry on my main floor. And it fit great in my kitchen. It wasn't as easy to move as the page says there's two very small wheels on the back of the washer so you have to tilt it pretty far for it to move. So it just stayed in my kitchen the whole time. Leveling is not easy. Only one leg actually adjust. So I had to make up for that. If you live in an apartment your neighbors will hear it. It is loud when it spins the load. If the load goes out of balance it does not self balance!! It clunks around till you open and shift the clothes. The ad states otherwise. I'm crying about my new floor getting ruined. I have made contact with the seller and waiting on a response. If they don't replace or refund my money I will Update!!! The media could not be loaded. I’m so glad I finally bought this washer, there are a ton of these on Amazon but this one had the best rating, modern look, price and product details. My partner and I live in a small 1B1Bth this fits perfectly in front of our kitchen bar and I’m going to buy a dryer to sit along side of it. Good on cleansing clothes, including towels, bedding linens, dog toys etc. You don’t need but half the amount of soap a “regular” load would take. It suds up nicely and the washer timer goes up to 15 minutes which is sufficient for cleaning. There’s an inlet for filling the tub via a faucet and an inlet for filling up the spinner as well. In order to drain the tub I would suggest before filling the tub with water, place it in the bathtub or shower let the shower run water in the washer and add your soap then start the load so that way you can drain the washer’s water down the drain of your bathtub/shower. Otherwise you’re going to have to lift a heavy washer full of water to your bathroom, if you use the faucet from a sink or try to add in buckets of water to fill. You’ve been warned lol save yourself the trouble of what I went through. You can only drain the washer into something flat laying or elevate the washer so it can drain downwards. The washing is pretty quiet on wood flooring and carpet, now with the spinner going I would suggest not spin it in your tub because if you have neighbors they will hear it. Also! You cannot tip the washer over to drain either. Just some helpful reminders for you. I’m super satisfied and glad I can wash in my apartment now. Saves us on money, travel and it’s more sanitary/safer than using our complex’s washing area. ... show more

I like that I can wash clothes and get smaller things nearly dry with the spin dry. I don't need 220 hookup or to increase my water consumption by much. You only need about a tablespoon of soap, liquid or powder. My clothes came out pretty clean. Its pretty easy to use and light enough to move where you want it. I have cats so I had to rewash a few things that still had cat hair but not really a big deal to me. The things I don't like: The hoses and cords are too short. This can be remedied by going to the hardware store and buying a couple of longer hoses. I used a garden hose and connected it to my laundry spigot. Yes the machine washes your clothes however you can not put it on drain and walk away from it. You can not put as much laundry in the machine as the add says you can. My costway machine held a lot more clothes and was much more durable. I bought the machine and I will use it. It's just not what I expected from the add. Doesn't hold the laundry that I expected it would. ... show more
