Thickness is very wrong. The description says these are 0.8 mm thick which is .031 inches. That translates to a 22-gauge thick steel. 22 gauge is a heavy duty steam pan. These are anything but heavy duty. A check with a micrometer reveals they are only .014 inches (.035) which translates to a 28 gauge steel. Most steel pans are between 22 (thickest) and 26 (thinnest) so these are not even as heavy as the lightest industry standard pan. Buyer beware! ... show more
