They stay fresh for days, the lid locks tight with one or both trays, easy to wipe clean, amazing quality. It is rather large so make sure you've got the cupboard space! The only small thing I would change about it is that the holes are basically as deep as a cupcake cup in the bottom tray. It's kind of hard to get them out without getting frosting on your fingers. I made it from Denver to Albuquerque for a baby shower with these cupcakes in perfect condition. Through TSA to the airplane and even the bumpy rental car shuttle ride they arrived looking beautiful. Now, if I had it to do over again I'd use some sturdy tape on the underside just for a little more security. If you're not careful the top can shift a bit and it could become unstable. I had to adjust it a couple of times. It also worked well for storing cupcakes at home. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
