Too much weirdness going on. SIze is half that of 14-16000 btu units, wattage is half or other units, in the listing they show 35DB, when the label on the unit clearly says 65 DB (label attached) I asked the seller these questions and NO response. Their listing shows 2 volts ! Wrong. Their technical specs show ‎5.51 x 9.25 x 10.83 inches, wrong again, not even close! Tech specs show 1500 watts, label on unit shows 850! Another lie, or mistake. And when I went to their reviews, they are reviews for something else, a digital picture frame or something like that, clearly NOT the AC unit! Either way, dont be fooled this is a waste of your time, look elsewhere. ... show more

    • I doubt this is a 16000 BTU AC unit
My 7000 BTU portable AC unit performs better than this 16000 BTU. Not sure if this is the correct BTU rating for this system. I am also not able to find this BTU number from the unit itself. For example, the cooling current and power for my 7000 BTU are rated 980W/9.0A but they are 850W/7.5A for this unit. ... show more

This AC has been a solid working AC. It consumes between 740-860 watts in AC mode, and really pushes air. I dont know that it is actually 16000BTU, but it is cold and outperforms my Della 14K BTU unit and uses much less power to run. Ive had it for over a month now and have had no issues with it. It is compatible with a couple different apps, I use the Tuya app with it. ... show more

This portable air conditioner is a godsend. I have. A 450 square foot high ceiling living room. And this portable air conditioner has dropped the temperature by ten degrees, and that's what it's lowest setting. It even works with my horizontal sliding window. I couldn't. Be happier with my purchase.

Definitely an underperformed and overrated portable air conditioner. I live in a 400 ft.² ADU and the air conditioner at no point was it able to keep this little place cool at all during hot summer months?

    • The hose is cheap will not stay attached or bunch up and leaks
If i could give a 0 i would!!!! This is terrible i bought two.... On a lie.. Said discount was 88% said it was normally over $1000... Lies... This ac does NOT cover anywhere near what it says, i have ones with less btw than these and they work better. Hose will not stay attached i had to tape mine on both ends.. Cheaply made and it leaks hot air all around every part of the hose... Will not bunch up correctly at all! Do not recommend!!!!!! ... show more
