Bought these to portion out and freeze meals for my 20 pound dog. I typically freeze food in bags, but wanted something that would be longer-lasting. These are the perfect size, easily fitting 5 ounces of gently cooked ground meat. Both the cups and the lids are stackable (cups until 4 or 5 then they start to teeter, lids can keep on going) which helps greatly with storage. The lids fit snuggly, create a leak-proof seal and stay on securely. No freezer burn. After several uses (freezes and washes), these look and feel exactly as they did when they were new. I do wash dishes by hand so can't comment on the dishwasher, but these containers are definitely thicker than the snap on containers and since they survive the dishwasher (at a friend's house), I'm sure these would as well. Yes it's portable which is good. The mist doesn't work at all and it only cools a very small area. Not worthbthe but and I bought 2. 1 for me and 1 for my daughter room.

The twist off lid helps keep things airtight, and the size is perfect for Large single servings, Or two small servings. These are the only storage containers I use now since they work so well.

Was happy to find these because Ziploc doesn't make this style anymore. They're perfect for soup. Fragile when frozen so don't drop them. Otherwise they last for years, don't retain odors, and don't leak.

The quality is good. The portion size is perfect for me. I really like the twist top lids. My older containers had pop-off lids that always cracked and broke after being stored in the freezer. with food. They clean up nicely on the top rack of the dishwasher.

Been purchasing these for years now; very reusable but after putting red sauce or grease food the plastic color turns so you’ll need to replace them sooner than later; but the price makes it a good value regardless!
