Very easy to assemble, you can watch my videos and see how quick, maybe less than 2 minutes I assembled this unit. The light feature is a separate unit which will be attached to the fountain. Technically if for any reasons you don’t want the light or even if you want to use it somewhere else then you can do it. Attach it to the pool jet is easy and you just need to make sure if you have correct adapter. The pictures of the light reflections are beautiful on the website, however, after charging in full sun 2 days in a row, the reflections were very dim and only spanned a small 4ft area. This probably the most disappointing aspect because I was so excited to have the cool patterns of lights on the bottom of the pool. It's too short for inground pool and not as depicted on the website images where the sprinkler appears up above the level of the edge of the pool. The sprinkler attachments leaked at the connections and were difficult to thread. Unable to parallel streams. The streams would only converge. Unable adjust spray to a finer mist for better cooling effect. Returning item for refund. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I picked up this pool fountain for our in-ground pool. The materials are decent quality, though it doesn't come with any rubber seals like competing products. While the fountain was easy to put together, I was initially confused as to how it installed into the pool returns. I was able to remove the pool return eyelets easily the fountain requires you to remove the threaded insert as well. The fountain does not come with a tool to remove these, so I ended up having to order a metal tool which worked great. Unfortunately, after finally installing the fountain to a return on the side of a pool, I realize there were 2 problems. Problem number 1, unless I ran my pump at full blast, there was not enough pressure to spray water. Secondly, my pool returns sit too low and this fountain was too short, resulting in the sprayer only being a few inches above the water's surface. This fountain does not have an option to mount it to a tanning deck return. The light works okay. It has options for different colors and patterns and automatically comes on when it gets dark. I'm not sure how long it will last considering how much it gets splashed. I recommend you take some measurements first and verify your returns have enough pressure. ... show more

I bought this product for my above ground swimming pool…Yes, I saw all the videos on TikTok about it and it seemed really awesome with the lights. Unfortunately, it’s not one size fits all. It didn’t work on my pool and I am having to return the product. Not many instructions on how to install and then if you can’t install it the correct way, you will have to cut a hole. I don’t really want to just cut holes in my pool for this to fit. ... show more

The fountain doesn’t shoot out more than two feet. Will be returning. Lights do not work at all now. . Update- Seller has agreed to refund money and send new product.     • I woulda loved it if it actually fit my Bestway pool & was able to spray farther.
The media could not be loaded. I looked all over the internet & hardware stores for a different attachment that would connect with my bestway swim vista above ground pool but was unsuccessful. I ended up using j&b weld epoxy to connect it to an extra jet cover that came with the pool & starter pump. Worked like a charm but water still escapes abit around the pvc pipe that controls the flow making it not shoot out as far as maybe it could . I now understand that the max flow is determined by the pool pump used , as you can see mine on max is slightly underwhelming using the small starter pump my pool came with . Still happy with it considering! It’s a pleasant sound & the led solar light really elevates it! ... show more

The thing itself is flimsy plastic, the attachments do not fit properly (it has a 1.5 male or a 2.2" FEMALE connection). Pressure of your filter will determine how far it sprays, but the hole are too large to get any real distance. Don't expect a matching spray from each arm. Not sure about the light, to eager to return it. Has directions on how to put it together, but not how to connect to the pool/pump (the more challenge problem). ... show more
