This rowing machine is excellent. It’s perfect for me, a beginner. While some have indicated that resistance levels aren’t sufficient for them, I find the range perfect for me. I especially appreciate the ability to do resistance training for my arms. Assembly was straightforward, but keep a keen eye on what you’re doing. It’s all clear if you’re not expecting IKEA-like instructions. This is much more complex, but when fully assembled, you’ll be pleased. It took me a while to put this rowing machine together but it is sturdy, strong, and beautifully crafted. The pieces assembled easily once I understood what the assembly directions were telling me to do. All the tools were provided. I love the smooth rowing action and have already noticed my core getting stronger. It is quiet when in motion and I have it in the livingroom and watch TV while I am exercising. The Customer Support is wonderful. I contacted them as they offered free exercise gloves and simply needed an address to send them. My contact, Anna, was personable and very responsive. I bought this rowing machine because I wanted to get in better shape and after less than a month of using it I've already lost ten pounds! The price was great and it arrived in a timely manner. The set up and assembly took some time and patience but that's to be expected and it was definitely worth it. The construction and materials seem to be high quality and when in use it's virtually silent. I've been talking with Anna and she provides great customer service and even sent free workout gloves! I have had this product for a few months. I've gotten 40K Meters in and have no issues. Might not be ideal for heavy duty rowers but it is excellent for beginners and a great value. They also sent me a free set of gloves. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the confusing assembly instructions. Found a good video on youtube to close the gap and assembly was not difficult after I watched that video. ... show more

Look no further - this is the one. I wanted a new piece of exercise equipment for my basement because I'm too lazy to leave my house to go to the gym or go for a run (that's a me problem). This rower seemed unique to me because it doubled as a rower but could also be used for additional workouts. The design of the rower is so smart to allow for that. I was initially a little hesitant to purchase this since there weren't a ton of reviews. Normally my experience with Amazon products that don't have a lot of reviews can be poor customer service. I'm happy I took a chance on PooBoo because the customer service has been incredible for me. I had one part that wasn't working as it should have been, so I reached out. Anna (from PooBoo) responded to me within 10-12 hours and was able to get expedited shipping to me of the new part and it works perfectly. She also tossed in a free pair of workout gloves AND was willing to extend the warranty for my rower. So if you're unsure about taking the chance on a lesser known brand, this is the one to do it for. Setup was pretty quick for such a large piece of workout equipment.
