It took me a while to put this rowing machine together but it is sturdy, strong, and beautifully crafted. The pieces assembled easily once I understood what the assembly directions were telling me to do. All the tools were provided. I love the smooth rowing action and have already noticed my core getting stronger. It is quiet when in motion and I have it in the livingroom and watch TV while I am exercising. The Customer Support is wonderful. I contacted them as they offered free exercise gloves and simply needed an address to send them. My contact, Anna, was personable and very responsive. She said that they stand by their products should anything go wrong. So far I am very happy with it and now my husband is interested in trying it out too! ... show more

I have had this product for a few months. I've gotten 40K Meters in and have no issues. Might not be ideal for heavy duty rowers but it is excellent for beginners and a great value. They also sent me a free set of gloves. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the confusing assembly instructions. Found a good video on youtube to close the gap and assembly was not difficult after I watched that video. ... show more

This rower works extremely well...Set up was good. There are videos online and with the right tools made set up super easy. It comes with free workout gloves that fit really well and look great. The customer service rep went above and beyond to insurance that I received everything that I needed to help achieve my fitness goal. I use my rower everyday.
