First of all, I'd like to address the packaging issue in the one-star review. Delivery: My bike arrived in absolutely perfect condition inside and out. I was extremely impressed with how well this bike was packaged and protected. There wasn't one scratch or damaged part/area. My guess is their bike was mishandled in shipping prior to their delivery. Now, on to the review. There is nothing I dislike about this bike. I have owned at least 1/2 dozen stationary bikes and am an avid outdoor biker as well, in spite of my advanced age. I am also an extremely cautious purchaser and did a lot of research on this manufacturer and this specific bike. I found nothing but good reviews on both. Construction: This is an extremely well-constructed bike and without a doubt, the most solid bike I've owned. One of the reason's I purchased this bike was it's slim profile and rider weight capacity. It doesn't disappoint in either area. Because both the seat and handlebars are height adjustable you will get a very slight movement in both. This is not uncommon and in no way detrimental to use and function. The pedals are aluminum and grip well. I removed the foot cages and I don't use them. The seat post is solid and I find the seat reasonably comfortable. I often hate indoor bike seats as they are often too big (and I'm a rather large person). This seat is well padded, comfortable and allows you to pedal without discomfort. The wheels on the front support bar make it very easy to move the bike. This bike is unbelievably quiet. Assembly: Very easy and quick. Took less than 15 minutes to assemble. Assembly tools are included and the few nuts, bolts and screws that are needed are well packaged and identified. The instructions lack any information/directions on the cable coming from the flywheel and going to the monitor. It's somewhat awkward as it stretches on the outside of the bike up to the monitor. We found a simple fix by removing a few screws from the flywheel cover and running the cord through a small space at the top of the cover (see pictures) and reattaching the screws. This keeps the cord away from the flywheel, reduces cord stretch and looks neater. Tension Knob and Display Monitor: I have not encountered any problems with applying and or releasing tension to the flywheel. It functions as it should and is also used as the brake for the flywheel. The display monitor is by no means a high-quality monitor full of bells and whistles. It does, however, provide the information I am most interested in which is speed, miles and basic calories and pulse. I don't need a high degree of accuracy with these so this monitor works for me. Bottom Line: I love this bike and feel that it was a solid investment that gave me a good "bang for my buck." I have owned more expensive bikes and, for my needs, this is my best investment yet. I have only owned it for a few weeks and should anything change, I will update my review. However, based on my use thus far, I don't anticipate any problems with this bike and hope you will consider it in your search. ... show more

This is a great stationary bike. It arrived well packaged and in very good condition. All parts were there and the instructions were easy to follow. I set this bike up and was riding in 20 minutes. The construction is solid and you can feel that when riding. I get no movement from the frame or non-moving components when riding. The ride is very solid and smooth. The bike connected easily to my phone and the included timer and tablet holder work very well. I am very pleased with this purchase and look forward to riding it for a long time. I am a Senior citizen and my legs are not as strong as they used to be. So I wanted a bike where the lowest setting would not stress me when I simply wanted to take a casual ride in my living room. That way I could get off the couch and get a little aerobic exercise without working up a sweat unless I wanted to sweat. This bike fits the bill. It runs whisper quiet whether resistance is engaged or not. There are several adjustments available with the seat and the handle bars so that you can make yourself comfortable. As a Senior citizen and a Personal Trainer I have seen my share of bikes that disappointed me. As a Personal Trainer I am concerned with safety, ergonomics, and enjoyability. It is not difficult to assemble but because it is comes very tightly packaged it takes a little patience to find all the parts and determine which wire goes to pulse and which goes to sensor. (of course the wire in the handlebars goes to pulse, I should know that without reading it) lol. I would have given it 5 stars but the petals are all metal with prickly indentations that require you to wear good tennis shoes to avoid pain. You could wrap them in tape or replace them. The seat is average and I replaced it since I like to sit a lot. The body seems stable and quiet. It is a good bike for the price. ... show more

The bike was easy to assemble and easy to use. The seat was a bit uncomfortable as other reviews stated so I contacted the email and after providing basic information about my order, Nancy sent a seat cover out for me. The cover is very cushioned and makes the riding more comfortable for my spouse and I. The product itself feels sturdy and well made. My spouse and I are about 7 inches apart in height.
