Thankfully, I found a step-by-step video tutorial on their official YouTube page, which made the process much smoother. A heads-up about the video link in the materials would’ve been extremely helpful. Assembly took me about 45 minutes, though I did need an extra pair of hands for tightening screws and nuts properly. I wanted to see if an elliptical was the right exercise machine for me. I'm at an age where some cardio workouts are not right for me. And jogging, as much as I enjoy it, is hard now with my injury history. And I have to say, this one has been great. It was very straight forward to finish putting it together. It arrived 80% complete already. The settings allow you to set it at an initial level of tension so you can start there and move up as you wish over time. It's great just how smooth and natural the motion is compared to some other ellipticals. It doesn't have that awkward, jerky motion. Feels more like natural walking stride, albeit a bit more effort, making workouts comfortable and effective. It's very quiet, with a monitor that runs on triple A batteries with 2 apps you can connect to in order to track your workout. The monitor allows you to set it for a length of time to exercise, number of calories you want to burn off, a distance to reach, or a speed. If you're looking for a well-made elliptical for a good price, this is a wise choice. I'm really happy with this Elliptical. These are one of my fav equipments when I used to go to the gym. So great for weight loss. The price on this was too good and could not resist to finally own one of my own. It came mostly set up already which for another 30mins to an hour. It’s ready to go. The instructions were super easy to follow and even the parts had the step number so you know which step requires which tool. The elliptical was bigger than I thought and the resistance is great. It does not wobble and the quality is top tier, very sturdy for an at home equipment. I am 5’8-5’9 and the stride length is perfect. The elliptical is just perfect and comfortable. The screen display is responsive and big enough to know where you are in your workout. It also has a little ledge to place your phone or iPad. It is very quiet and not loud at all. What a great machine. Easy to put together. Works like a charm. Rang of motion is smooth and the machine is stable. No rocking. The design of the machine is great. It’s lightweight but you get a great workout. It has different levels of resistance so you can make your own workout.
