I ordered from the "used" option and after a mixup finally got a perfect new one. Box was beat up. Sealed package was missing two much needed bolts, my local hardware carries them for under thirty cents. Easy to put together and perfect for sunny Florida weather.

Screw holes were in wrong place. Had to redrill which was easier than repackaging for an exchange. Otherwise product is vey satisfactory.

Only took a few minutes each to assemble. Packaging was reasonable, but if there had been more handling, there could have been issues. Nothing inside to protect the pieces from drops or banging against each other. The only issue is that one chair was missing two screws in a pre-assembled section. Have to see if they will send two phillips head stainless screws to match. They are lower than expected, so if that makes a difference to someone with mobility issues, it may be a consideration. Update- it’s been a month and the two missing screws were never sent even though they said they would. Terrible customer service. ... show more

It's a great looker, nice design beautiful color. However the workmanship is a bit meh. Pieces initially didn't fit correctly, but once you sit on it, it came into place. A bit more desirable to have the gaps and edge roughness be more fine tuned. Comfort is like wood. Feels soft and enough resistance. I read some people complaining about how the seats aren't "adult" sized. I am 6'2 and fits fine. So I don't know what size those people are. A cushion will help soften the hard feel but I am plenty happy with it ... show more

Purchased these chairs in 2018 with the promise of a 20 year warranty. Earlier this spring, this chair and 2 others had a piece break. I went to the Polywood website and filed a claim for the replacement pieces. Have not received any response even with the help of an authorized retailer. The chairs have not been used all summer and it is quickly coming to an end. I cannot recommend Polywood products and will use another company for my next purchase. ... show more
