  • Slow and hot printing helps for this
Color: 0.75kg 95a Yellow Size: 1.75mm
The media could not be loaded. I found the filament to be a bit tricky to configure (~30 minutes of adjusting). Once I figured it out, the printing is going great. Most of the trouble was connecting the infill properly, as it was only one path wide. 0) Turn off (or limit) retraction if possible! The filament got soft and bent around the feeder gear, with retraction on. 1) The printing speed on the box (30-90mm/s) does not match the speed on the roll (30-40 mm/s). I'm printing very slow.. probably 30-40mm/s. 2) With a triangle infill, Cura has it so there is a zig-zag pattern which produces the infill. The second zig-zags were tearing up the first, so I raised the extruder temp to 235C. Slowing down helped this too. 3) Turn up the bed temp to 80C or so for the first layers to get good adhesion, this stuff cools fast and then shrinks ... show more

  • Nice clean prints
Color: 0.75kg 95a Yellow Size: 2.85mm
As a generalization, TPU has a reputation for being a bit more difficult to print. I was expecting to have to do a lot of work to get a clean print out of this. To my surprise... I really didn't have any issues. My first test prints were coming out clean. I did print a temperature tower to find the best temp for this and tweak settings to minimize stringing (TPU is usually fairly stringy). Then straight away I was getting good parts with this stuff. The material is very flexible. It's not particularly 'stretchy'. The filament itself does exhibit stretchy/elastic property (in addition to flexibility) but once you have a handful of layers built up, it really doesn't 'stretch' and is mostly just flexible. It is VERY strong and layer adhesion is outstanding (you will find that you cannot pull the layers apart.) I should mention that I use this on a direct-drive printer. Bowden-drive printers are probably more common. Bowden drives have to "push" the filament through the Bowden tube and the rubbery nature of the filament can make this difficult for some printers. Direct-drive printers have the filament feed hob gear directly on the print head (no Bowden-tube) so they have better control of the filament. I've never tried to print this on a Bowden-drive machine so I can't speak to how well it works. ... show more

  • Easy to work with
Color: Black Size: 1.75mm
This worked really well so far. It is very bendable but won't stretch very far. I'm using it on an Ender 3 Pro with a simple direct drive extruder conversion. Bed: Glass with glue stick, 60C. Nozzle: 220C. Increase flow about 5-7% vs PLA. This definitely does ooze more than PLA. Try to minimize movements over empty space. I was worried printing with flexible materials would be more difficult, but so far there's no issue. ... show more

  • So amazing. I want to try all the exotic filaments now.
Color: 0.75kg 95a Yellow Size: 2.85mm
Polyflex was a joy from the very start. I took a guess at the print settings, and my first print turned out perfectly. I made some small adjustments, and then printed 20 hours worth of parts with only a single failure. My nozzle did clog at one point, but I believe the was some old ABS in there. After a few cold pulls, printing continued without error. Every part stuck to the bed. The were no voids, and NEVER any layer separation. I can hardly believe how good the layer adhesion is in this stuff. I pulled with all my might and the lays did not separate. PLA and ABS gave way almost immediately. It feels slightly greasy, but that's just the low friction surface finish. I did find the color a little darker than shown, but consistent. I wish they would make a wider range of colors in this material. ... show more

  • VERY Flexible TPU Filament
Color: White Size: 1.75mm
This filament is a lot softer and more flexible than other brands of 95A TPU filament, which leads me to wonder what the shore hardness actually is, because it seems considerably softer than 95A. Because it's so soft it requires a very high flow rate for extruder gears to actually grab onto it properly and push it through, even at 140% flow I was not able to completely eliminate under-extrusion with it. Overall this filament is just too soft. ... show more

  • This is a fun material that prints well
Color: 0.75kg 95a Yellow Size: 1.75mm
This is a fun material. I've been mostly printing golf tees for an indoor simulator and after a few revisions I have made some that hold up great for many rounds. Prints great on my Ender 3 pro stock... just slow down print speed to 25 or 30.

  • Some issues but I like it. Very flexy.
Color: Black Size: 1.75mm
It doesn't stick to the bed quite as well as advertised. I managed to get it working nicely at 240 C on an unheated bed with blue tape at 15mm/sec. Maybe the formulation has changed since it was first released - I saw a Youtube video with a PolyFlex spec sheet that varied from the recommended specs I received. I also had an issue with it wrapping around the filament feeder gear but that was probably my fault for not snipping off the first couple inches of filament. ... show more

I'm printing on a Flashforge Finder @210 without difficulty. It's not very soft but it is flexible and worked well for me.
