Well built for the price. The included sprayer works fine but dent have a good shower type option for more delicate plants. The hose does twist a little , but overall happy with my purchase.

This replaces a pocket hose that I’ve had for the last 7 years. It is not the same. My original pocket hose shrunk up when not in use and expanded when in use. This pocket hose does not expand at all. I am very disappointed.

    • Junk and the customer services is even worse
Well, where do I even begin with this hose? Let me tell you, I've had better luck teaching my cat to speak fluent Mandarin than getting this hose to work properly. I was excited to water my plants and finally live out my dreams of becoming the neighborhood's top-notch gardener, but alas, this hose had other plans. On the second use – and mind you, I was treating it like the fragile piece of technology it clearly was – the hose decided to give up on life. I thought, "No big deal, I'll just shoot them an email, and they'll surely help me out, right?" Wrong. I sent a message describing the whole saga, and it was as if my email got lost in the Bermuda Triangle of customer service. Feeling like an internet sleuth, I sent another email. And lo and behold, I got a response! It was like finding a unicorn riding a rainbow – a rare and magical event. They instructed me to call their 800 number, just a tiny $6.99 fee away from resolution. "Alright," I thought, "I can do that." Well, let me tell you about my adventure through the phone lines of mystery. After navigating the labyrinthine phone menu, I finally got connected to a customer service representative. Or was it a stand-up comedian? Because this person had me in stitches! I could practically hear the tumbleweeds rolling across the call center as they fumbled through the script, struggling to understand my issue. After what felt like a journey to the center of the Earth, I was transferred to another operator. Or should I say, I was connected to the International Barking Dog and Chicken Choir? The background noise was so intense that I had to wonder if I'd accidentally stumbled into an animal sanctuary. As the operator tried to communicate with me through what seemed like a bad satellite phone connection from Mars, I was hit with the realization that my credit card details were about to be shared with someone who may or may not be conducting business from a chicken coop. And the barking dog? Well, that's a twist I didn't see coming. Credit card info was staying put, thank you very much! Long story short, this hose turned out to be the gateway to a wild global adventure – without ever leaving my backyard. I'm still on the lookout for a hose that doesn't turn customer service into a stand-up comedy show, complete with animal sound effects. If you're looking for a hose that doubles as a ticket to an international sound-effects symphony, this is the one for you.
