Got this for my son for a Christmas present. Does not work. Spent the day after Christmas trouble shooting with Sony. We just paid an extra $105 to send it to SONY to have it repaired, because when you try and return this on Amazon it says it's not returnable. Christmas wrecker for a kid who was waiting all year for this, terrible policy. Avoid this seller. Update: We are STILL working on with Amazon against this seller to get our money back. Second Update: It's March and we are still pursuing this again seller who continues to refuse to refund. This is the worst experience we have ever had on Amazon. ... show more

Product came nicely and swiftly. However, move controllers are NOT provided. I sent this to my boyfriend as a gift and he told me there were no controllers but he was able to set everything else up which is a good thing!

    • Head set works like new but the rubber padding is flaking.
The black padding on the head set flakes. My other one, in time, did the same. Discovered if I want to play my original VR games on my PS5, I can not use a PSVR2 but need the original PSVR - so here we are. It does work great, just need to wipe my forehead when I finish game play.
