Probably a little over two months using these and so far so good. I typically wear medical grade orthotics and while I can't say that I haven't had *any* discomfort in my feet with these new insoles, I do feel like these do a good job where my feet feel good pretty much all the time. I don't find the discomfort really too noticeable, when it happens, and do recommend that people try these. I have been paying $60 for my medical grade ones, so paying a fraction of that is a huge savings for me. Don't take my word for things, recommed checking a Podiatrist's review of the product on YouTube - "Michigan Foot Doctors" is the channel and the video is 'The Best Insoles and Orthotics'. These fit well in my athletic shoes and provide needed arch support that helps with plantar fascitis pain. It is firm so if you prefer more of a gel support this would not be for you. I need the firm support. As far as durability, I have used them daily for almost 3 months and they have been durable and have not lost support. Runner here 🙋♂️I have planters fasciitis and tried these. Inserts are tough to make a one-size-fits-all and unfortunately these didn’t work for me. The arch is taller than I need, and my typical measurements t a running store put me with a mild arch support needed. I would say these are more of an aggressive arch support. These are well made and sturdy. Very easy to insert in shoes and true to size. Get a custom fit if you’re an athlete. If you’re looking for a consumer version, get these. Put these in my lame Nikes that have zero support. My knee and ankle pain went away. I have slightly flat feet and these were the remedy. They’re not cushy so if you’re sneaker already feels hard when it hits the ground don’t expect it feel cushioned just good arch support.

I've had these for about 2 weeks now and my feet do feel much better. Ive had plantar fasciitis issues on and off in my right heel for over a half a year now. My only issue is, while i think this is a corect size for my feet, they don't fit in any of my *business/dressy* shoes. I can only fit them in my sneakers. Contemplating of ordering a half size smaller, but then the fear is it will not be right size to support my heels and arches in the right places ... but overall love walking on these when in my sports shoes! ... show more
