My husband is constantly on his feet at work. We have tried so many inserts, including the stand and see what one works for you type. Those were very expensive and didn’t help at all. I found these about a year or so ago and thought he could give them a try. Now I know what you are thinking, 3 pairs in a year?? So his first pair lasted 6-7 months. He works about 50 hours a week 90% of that time standing, walking etc. They were pretty worn so we ordered another pair. Then Amazon had to go and have some sales, so of course I ordered a back up. I have a feeling when they do another sale I will go ahead and grab another pair. They have great support, easy to use, perfect size/thickness and are so comfortable. I have tendonitis in my left foot, I’m flat footed and have damage from a heel injury years ago so I’m in constant pain after walking too much over the course of a day. Lately it’s been all day. These arrived this morning and I put them in regular adidas running shoes and I swear to you my pain went from a 7 to a 3 and I felt comfortable walking immediately. Obviously I haven’t had them long but it’s now been 8 hours on my feet and I still feel like a 3 in my pain level which I will not complain about. The material is harder than all of the other inserts I’ve tried. But this completely beats the custom dr scholls I recently bought. I was #c230 if anyone is in the same boat True to size as well! I have several pairs of these insoles for shoes I use for walking, shoes for every day usage and a pair of dress shoes. They are comfortable and sturdier than the insoles provided by the shoe manufacturers. The instep provides good support and comfort. These are not super cushy. Instead, they offer modest cushion, excellent (but comfortable) arch support, and a good support and comfort for my heels. They fit well in my shoes that aren’t snug. I can’t put them in tighter dress shoes. I suggest something a little cushier for such shoes. But these are exactly what I needed to provide support and comfort for my heels and arches in my Sketcher Step In shoes. ... show more

So these are pretty comfortable for about 2 months. I work in retail and I walk around the store ALL day about 9hrs each shift. I have some Hokkas I used these in, they fit well with multiple pairs of shoes, and the only complaint I have is that these make your feet smell horrible after use. I have never had this issue with any of my shoes previously. I'm a very hygenic person and I've never had this issue before with any shoe ever. It's very strange and my friend said she had the same problem. I changed absolutely nothing in my life except the use of these shoe inserts and I've had the same issue in all of my shoes regardless of sock type/quality. I've tried using a disinfectant spray and other products to minimize the smell onset but nothing works. The quality of the shoe insert wears down pretty quick for anyone +180lbs. I would get these as a very temporary option but I don't think i'd buy a second pair. AGAIN, they do feel pretty comfortable at first. ... show more

I have a heel spur also known as a bone spur and being flat footed it’s extremely painful and gets worse with flip flops or flat sole shoes. My doctor said to buy myself some shoes with high arch support. I don’t need another pair of shoes so I opted to research insoles with a good arch support and these Plantar Fasciitis Insoles have literally made my life so much better. When I wear the shoes with these insoles, I have no pain in my heel, even if I’m on my feet for hours. They fit in my shoes like they were made in them from the factory and they are very comfortable. I wore a hole in the insole of my hiking boots which made them painful to walk in. During my research on insole replacements I found prices ranging from $6 to over $100. I’ve lost weight & all my shoes are loose. I ordered these even though more $than I wanted to spend.
