  • BEST Beige MATTE PLA
Color: Matte-light Khaki
I have over 75 spools of filament. Different brands, different strengths, etc. This Light Beige Matte PLA by 3DHOJOR is my absolute favorite. Prints beautifully and flawlessly on all 3 of my Bambu Lab printers. Creamy, smooth finishes that make my prints look expensive and luxurious. I use either Generic Matte PLA settings or Bambu Matte PLA settings and get perfect results with either settings. I'm hoping 3D Hojor will release a Marble PLA in this Beige and a Stone would also be amazing. The spools are ALWAYS perfectly tightly wound on every single roll no matter the type or color. I am NOT an affiliate, nor do I have any incentive to provide this feedback. I am simply sharing my experience and offering this brand the true praise it deserves. *For those wanting to use in AMS simply print out the rings that snap on to the inner/outter edge of the cardboard spools. You can do a search on several 3D print sites using the name (3DHOJOR Spool Adapter) Works flawlessly in my AMS. ... show more

  • Good for a novice
Color: Petg-blue
I'm using a Creality Ender-3 V3, which is a newer model. I did my research on filament types, most say PLA does everything and PET-G is more challenging. My experience has been the opposite. I bought Creality branded PLA (rainbow color) and had some good prints. But it had its share of issues. That filament is quite stiff and on at least a couple occasions it stopped spooling because it got twisted up on itself on the reel, and it's not flexible enough to pull itself off the next winding. What caused me to abandon this filament is it broke off inside the print head once causing a lot of aggravation and having to disassemble the print head. I suppose that's part of 3D printing, but I need something reliable. Swapped to this PET-G and so far it's a set and forget filament. Start a 4 hour print, come back four hours later and it's done with no drama. It does have some very light stringing at times, but it's a lot more flexible filament that comes off the spool flawlessly. No perceptible fumes, zero issues. It's also a more glossy finish which looks a lot better than PLA in my opinion. The only drawback I see is that it prints slower and it needs a hotter nozzle and bed temp (250C / 70C respectively). On the textured bed that came with my Ender-3 V3, I've had no problems with adhesion, even on tall objects. Simply put, my son and I love this filament for its ease of use and quality of the prints. ... show more

  • Best value PLA+ hands down
I'm in love with this PLA. It prints fantastic and is affordable. The winding isn't the best and looks a little messy, but I haven't had any issues with it. I've purchased 6 different colors from this brand and they've all performed flawlessly. 230C nozzle and 60C bed seem to be the ticket.

  • It's my new favorite! No issues here.
Color: Pla Pro-white
I've used a fair number of filaments both at work and at home, and generally the layer adhesion strength is similar when you start to purchase the "name" branded filaments such as Matter hackers, Hatch box or Overture for regular PLA. I did purchase this while on sale to give it a go, and I was blown away how amazing this filament was (and seriously wished I purchased more of it). Even its regular base price is more affordable than other PLA+'s. It comes in a typical clamshell anti-crush cardboard box and vacuum sealed tightly with a large desiccant baggy in the center. The page mentioned that the vacuum sealed bag is resealable/reusable, but mine doesn't seem like it, unless they mean if I have a tool to reseal/vacuum it myself, in which case there was enough length left over to reseal should you want to. I really can't imagine a hobbyist or a pro would be resealing this bag. The color is a very proper white, very clean and even throughout. The filament was wound onto their cardboard spool in a satisfying very even pattern. The cardboard spool is nice and sturdy and is also recycle conscious which I very much like. The plastic has a somewhat in-between sheen kind of like satin paper, so not quite matte, but not quite glossy either. As a result it has a rich smooth texture to the touch. It has an excellent bend with the right amount of give in a almost ABS-like way, and does not snap at all (fresh!). Speaking of, be sure to increase your airgap setting if you do use a raft, or interface settings for supports otherwise your model may become one with them despite your settings working beautifully for regular PLA. The temperature rating was marked as higher for the filament at 210℃-230℃, after doing a few heat towers, I found personally it worked best at 200℃-205℃ for me. (I'm at 4k elevation in a VERY dry environment). If you use the Ironing setting and you have it tuned right, with this plastic it'll finish in a almost "injection molded" reflective shiny smooth finish. It's bananas. (Photo is of a speed calibration tower/tube.) I don't normally go through spools very quickly at home, since I can use the setups at my work, but I flew through this roll in no time. I'll certainly be purchasing this one again, and a few more to try out from this brand. So far I think they'll be my new staple for my at home setup! ... show more

  • Fantastic value!
This filament is the best I’ve ever used for the money. It printed well with minimal issues, good layer adhesion, and VIBRANT color. I will buy this filament every time from now on if i can find it

  • Great Filament
Color: Pla Pro-2 Pack White
I have been using 3dHoJor filament almost exclusively for a while now. It is consistent and gets reliable prints, and it looks great once it is done and this stuff is very durable as well.
