My little 3.7 lb chihuahua fur baby absolutely loves her new house! I took the door off as I never confine her. It seems sturdy. It was very easy to assemble. I did it myself. I love the charging station feature. The drawer comes in handy for storing her treats. The grates (side panels) are nice. She can’t get her little paws stuck in them; that was my concern with other houses. Shipping was actually a day earlier than scheduled. Extra parts are supplied. This was super easy to put together. It is big enough inside for a full grown corgi, so my tiny chorkie sleeps in a mansion. It is pretty and has fairly thick Formica on it, so it doesn’t look or feel cheap. The charging is convenient as well. Definitely recommend!

We love these crates. They look much nicer than bare wire crates. Our older dog was not sure about it, but we moved her bedding from her old crate and she walked right in and took a nap.

This was easy to put together and looks great where we have it in the living room. The only thing I do not like about it is the latch for the door, but it does work fine. The latch seems a bit flimsy.
