Stock & delivery: I ordered this when I was experiencing neck pain and wanted to try a more supportive pillow. I needed it ASAP and placed the order based on the “in stock” status and positive online comments. After placing my order, I received a notification that it’d be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Way too long, so I canceled my order and ordered a cervical support pillow from another brand. Performance: I was never refunded for the pillow cube, and the it arrived a couple weeks later. I decided to keep it and see what the hype was about. The actual pillow is small (cube, as advertised), but it fits my head and I’ve never woken up from falling off. It is supportive, but less so than the other brand I’d ordered when pillow cube was delayed; it doesn’t help my neck as much as the other brand. I am primarily a side sleeper, and I bought the smaller one in hopes that it would keep me on my side for more of the night. My snore tracker would say that it’s making a major difference. The foam is very supportive, and I am happy I bought this. I recommend using the tool on their website to choose the height you need. I’m 5’9” but the quiz on their website told me to pick the extra tall pillow because I have a firm mattress. I also thought I should mention that their customer service team is amazing. Something went wrong with my delivery, and it never made it to my house. I contacted them, and in no time they had a new pillow sent to me. This pillow did help to align my shoulder and neck, but it was very, very uncomfortable! I couldn't sleep at all. I tossed and turned all night long! I purchased this pillow because I’m known to kill a pillow within a month. I fold, contort, and smash even the firmest pillows on the market. I’ve been using this pillow for a week and I can already tell it’s going to hold up far longer than any other pillow I’ve ever used. I’ve tried mypillow: the stuffing works its way out from under my head and leaves me with a stiff neck on the first night. I’ve tried contoured foam, bamboo pillows, super extra firm, etc. I have struggled for years to find a reasonable solution for my sleep habits. After a week or so, I’m almost completely convinced this is the solution for me. I purchased the travel pillow because the full size pillow isn’t enough lift for side sleeping. I sleep on my back and both sides (I readjust at least once every two hours, hence the aforementioned pillow abuse) so I need something I can use as both a back sleeping pillow and a side sleeping pillow. The standard travel pillow is the perfect loft for back sleeping, and when I turn it on its longest (tallest) side, it works perfectly for side sleeping. I haven’t woken up with neck pain or a headache since using this pillow, and I’m pretty sure it’s been 10 years since I went more than a week without waking up in some kind of pain due to poor sleep posture. I’ll update my review when I feel the need to replace this pillow, but at this moment, I’m fairly certain I will be using the “buy again” option for this pillow UPDATE 2/20/2023: this pillow is still going strong. I woke up with neck pain a few times since switching to this pillow, but it was because I wasn’t sleeping on the pillow properly. It’s kinda awesome to wake up without a crick in my neck.
