I bought a new printer, and installed the latest driver. I followed all the instructions to complete the installation, however, the printer doesn't print a single character,by the way, it even damaged the paper. I went to the manufacturer's web site for help,hoever,the help site doesn't work neigher. Don't waste your money and time one this one! ... show more

The setup is easy , the quality of the print is good. I believe it was worth the money and connecting it is so simple all u do is connect Bluetooth and pick ur image u want to place and print it's that easy !

I have zero room for a printer but really needed to have one handy for the few times a year I need to print something off. This works great for me. I wouldn’t recommend printing large documents on it since you have to feed the paper in manually one by one, and since it’s a thermal printer, the paper is almost like receipt paper. But I only ever really need it for documents here and there, shipping labels, or recipe printing. I love this thing!!!! Obviously, the quality isn't going to be amazing, but it's absolutely worth it for the convenience and ease of this printer. It's small and easy to use. You can't print double-sided, but honestly, I can't recommend this product enough. AMAZING, especially for the price!!!

The product doesn’t charge at all, making it completely unusable. When I downloaded the app, which loaded in Chinese, the data tracker software on my phone flagged the app for taking all sorts of data from my phone that doesn’t have anything to do with sending an item to a printer. What I like most about this printer is the ease of use. It was so easy to set up, is portable, and extremely easy to use on a phone One of the nicest things I found is that the QR code for installation of the app on your phone or device is right on the actual printer top. I will not need to worry about misplacing this info. I chose to install this on my phone and computer. The app installed and was up on my phone in 1-2 minutes and I was already on my way to print. Installing on my computer took 5-10 minutes and the printing stopped several times mid print on my computer then restarted by itself and used up more paper. I did not like that aspect. I prefer to use my phone or it just ruins each print job on my computer. It shows which way to load the paper into the printer and comes with ten test sheets. I have tried several different types of thermal paper to see how clearly this will print as well. I was able to figure out the application within minutes. Each function is easy to understand. You can take a picture of something (scan) and print, print from the web, print images, or upload a file to print. All functions are easy to understand and implement. However, scan was the hardest so far to make clear enough to print. The issue is the darkness of the prints on all settings after it has printed. The print is often dark and light and too light and it is below average for a thermal printer. It is patchy and does not have crisp lines even on vector images or words. I have used several thermal printers and this does not seem to be as robust in make as they are for actual prints. However, the setup, application, and overall ease of use was great. ... show more
