These are good quality chairs . I bought them for my parents this summer. Each chair took me half hour to assemble, not very easy but is that hard because each chair has eight parts, just hard to use the l ranches tighten screws. Overall they looking good

We ordered 8 chairs, 2 per box. 6 were fine but 1 box arrived partially crushed with a gaping hole in it. Initially, it appeared that the seats were damaged. I contacted the company and was instructed to send photos of the damaged parts and carton. They in return sent a parts diagram to confirm which parts needed replacement. After unpacking the entire carton, we saw that every piece was damaged in some way. I notified the company rep I was dealing with and was offered an immediate replacement of 2 chairs. The new chairs arrived within 3 days. Again, the carton was damaged but the contents were ok! I can't say enough about the customer service! Stuff happens, things get damaged in transit but it was made right in a professional and timely manner. Assembly was easier with 2 people. The seats have sort of a hinge so when you are lining up the holes to attach them to the frame be sure to open the seats up fully, otherwise the holes won't line up.

I was tired of dealing with dirty cushions, so I purchased these chairs for my porch. They work for me. Nice neutral color. Comfortable. The bounce motion is nice. I put them together without help and did not have any trouble. All the parts were there. Took me awhile but no problems.

I just had my husband assemble these chairs. One chair already has a broken/incomplete weld. I am afraid these chairs won’t last me one summer. The boxes were not damaged and delivered with care. I am trying to replace c-frame chairs that I have had over 15 years and I was hoping for better quality out of these chairs. They look nice but not confident how sturdy they will be.
