I just received this workout bench a few days ago. It’s easy to assemble and takes very little space in the room when folded. It’s a great choice for a home gym with its fast folding and adjustable design.

    • A great little bench to add to our daily workout routine
This PERFIT Adjustable Weight Bench is perfect for daily use for novice and experts. What we liked; 1) This bench is pretty sturdy for an entry level bench. Does not take up a lot of room, and was very stable when in use. 2) Easy to assemble, directions were clear, included everything needed to assemble (wrench etc). Only issue is that the diagram shows the resistance bands in the wrong location. For a beginner this may be an issue. They are easily moved however. 3) Adjustable back is easy to adjust, and once in position we had no issues with it moving or coming undone. 4) The cushions are firm, and made of good material. They should be easy to clean if you get them sweaty. 5) The backrest positions were very adequate for how we used it to exercise. It does not go to 90%, but we never felt like it should as it would be very uncomfortable at that position. We found the adjustability of the backrest to be very good for various types of workouts. What we didn't care for; 1) The round leg pads "squeak" when in use. They do not fit super snug, thus rotate when in use, creating an annoying squeaking noise. 2) Folding it up is not the easiest. It requires you to remove 3 pins, and once the pins are removed we found it hard maneuver to fold it up. 3) We found the cushions to be a bit on the smaller size. If they each were just a few inches longer this would be a benefit for us (we're average build, about 5' 10" tall) We have found ourselves using this workout bench daily and besides the annoying squeaking (which may end over time/use) this is a great little bench to add to our daily workout routine. ... show more

This weight bench is okay. It is relatively heavy and still take up space even when fully folded. I said fully because you can partially fold it which I tend to do to save time and effort because it doesn't help much removing all locking pins in saving space anyway. The build is solid though, which is what you'd want on such thing. However, the seat and back support don't offer much cushion and feel kinda stiff, not a big deal as this is not meant for comfort anyway. The resistance bands that came with it are a plus especially if you don't have dumbbells, but mine came with a pair of a smaller loop and larger loop! so only one could fit through the base stand and be anchored which rendered them kinda useless as you can't exercise with both at same time. ... show more
