It's perfect for our apartment that has limited space and have a high ceiling. I believe it can fit up to 112" height. As long as you tighten the top at the appropriate length, it's very very sturdy (probably need a short ladder to do it properly for a high ceiling). Nice vibrant coloring, just like the photo listed. It did take me a little less than two hours, being a short person! But the instructions are very clear. The top platform is quite high at about 6ft, which is great for cats who love to climb up. One of our cats is not the best jumper/climber when it comes to high levels, so she had a hard time figuring out her way down. So i'll be setting up a platform on my desk by the tower. But i wouldn't think that's a problem for most cats - my other cat loves going up and down, no problem. Extra tip for fitting it to the ceiling, since it's not a tension rod - it's best if you screw in the top metal rod a few inches shorter than needed with the top circles on and the cover on already, and then unscrew to fit the length to the ceiling while it's standing in place. This guy is really tall, with extenders to get taller. My cats play on it and sleep in the bowl parts. Took an hour to assemble and needed a ladder to get to the top to pressure mount to ceiling. Doesn’t take up much floorspace at all and the beds can be moved in or out, so it’s great if you’re tight in space. ... show more

Our cats love this. Like the other reviews said, it’s a teeny bit wobbly. We didn’t mount it to the wall, only used the ceiling tension rods. We have two large kittens who have a ton of energy and no sense of self-preservation and they haven’t been able to move it at all. AgainC just a *bit* wobbly. Nothing terrible at all. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought the single version of this cat tree because it takes up very little space in the isolation bathroom that I currently have 2 foster kittens in. I needed something very tall that would let them be able to look out the window that is very high. Bathroom has a 9 foot ceiling and this fits great. It is wobbly but I haven’t used the included wall bracket yet as I might move its location. I would expect that the double version would be way more stable and I might give that a try when this one has worn out. The kittens love it and it looks great. My only complaint is the size of the hammock and shelves - they are too small and my adult cats wouldn’t fit. I wish they would redesign the hammocks and shelves to accommodate normal to big cats as I would love to have a couple of these for my cats. ... show more

Love this larger version of the floor to ceiling cactus tree! It is a bit harder to secure tightly to the ceiling than the original which was a tension rod/spring, but this method which is adjusted to the correct height manually feels more secure and doesn't give as much wobble as the single post tree has. I dont worry about my four cats knocking it down. My only wish is if the second brown platform from the top was just a little wider than the top platform so my cats could jump down easier. Having them the same size makes climbing up easy, but climbing down very tricky for them. ... show more
