I have been using Pawfume shampoo and conditioner on my two Bichon Frisées for four years. I can’t say enough good things about this product! These two are a handful and are very active. They love to chase squirrels, hunt rabbits and opossums, and roll in the mud. Pawfume gets their fur so white and soft, without any skin irritation. I use it in conjunction with the Pawfume Grooming and Finishing Spray and they smell fresh and clean for a couple of weeks. This product smells great and is even safe and works on my skin. I found it that it works on my skin because my dogs don’t like to be sprayed so I spray into my hands and rub them. This product is AMAZING in every “scents” of the word. (See what I did there?) Truly it lasts so long and my dog smell phenomenal and I always get compliments how how nice they look and smell. Soft and shiny coats too. I do wish that more care was given to packaging. It’s an expensive product and twice now I’ve received orders and bottles are leaking or the tops have come off and I try to save what product I can from the bag they ship it in, but I fell like I just can’t get it all back. Plus it’s a pain and stressful to deal with. (But still I don’t ever want to waste a drop of it! It’s good stuff, really.) Can y’all please seal the container with the Amazon Container tape or something? Maybe get bottles that have regular lids and we can screw on the pump lid? Or refill bottles or packaging? Idk. Whatever it is, I’d buy it. But I pay too much money for this stuff to just let it go to waste. ... show more

I was very pleased with shampoo. Pump makes it much easier to use your hands during wash. Love the smell and holds moist well so I saw reduce scratching. Other shampoo’s you can’t smell after dry but this one works well. Great quality and worth the money. Skin moisture is good.

This is the first shampoo I have been satisfied with for my dog in over 4 years. The smell lasts it is a clean scent. She isn’t dried out and scratching after. The bottle is sturdy and the pump works well. It’s not a huge bottle for the cost but you don’t need a lot to do the job.

I have 2 Australian shepherds so I often use more product them I would assume most would. The pump is worthless unless you have a small dog it's best to take that puppy off. When I purchased I had not noticed the different options such as lavender and boy do I wish I ordered another scent. Personally the show dog scent is not appealing and would definitely not order it again. However the dogs feel soft even the next day and still smell decent (smell like the show dog scent).
