This is marketed for Guinea pigs but it’s honestly a little too small for full sized adult piggies. My boys are adults and there really isn’t much room for them in this hide. I also didn’t love that this puzzles together so loose that it’s hard to move it when you do a cage clean or a rearrange.

This is a beautiful item, unfortunately, it is NOT suitable for guinea pigs - it is too small (and it takes up a lot of room in their cage). They have to climb over one another to get out if they are both in there (so the roof is often not on properly). I bought this along with a soft structured hideaway for my 2 guinea pigs. My pigs LOVE this wooden house. They started chewing on it immediately, which is great for their teeth staying filed down. They get mad at each other if one is in there and the other wants to be. They don't like to share their little hidey holes! But it was super easy to put together, just have to be careful how you pick it up. The lid comes off for easy spot cleaning. The wood is pretty sturdy for what you are buying and in the end it is really how your little fur babies take to it and like i said mine just LOVE this thing. I am going to have to purchase another, so they each have one. I think this judging on their reactions to it is well worth the money. ... show more

Size: Rectangular Hut with Pee Pad
Easy to assemble, we've had this "house" for a month now, and our pigs love it. They don't have a concept for doorways and squeeze in and out of the windows all the time. The pee pad is great for piggy play time. Size is good, although it does take up a good bit of real estate in the cage. We swap it out with other hides (like a Pigloo), so size isn't a huge problem for us. That said, the photo overstates the size in proportion to an adult pig. ... show more

Was easy to put together and appears to be good quality. It was too small for our adult Guinea pigs so we had to return it. Otherwise we would have kept it.
