Easy to install but you might want to have a 2 person team due to the size! The retractable section stays put and is not wobbly. The fabric is very opaque so it give a good sense of privacy. It's a nice way to section off an outdoor dining area and get some privacy from your neighbors!

We like that the product includes hardware and our installation was completed in less than 20 minutes.
