We received the lounge chairs in about 3 days after the order was places. They came in 2 seperate boxes and were well packaged. It did take a little work to assemble them and making sure you have the inside bar in the correct position is important so that the head does not go down past the flat surface. Had to disassemble and reassemble due to this mistake. The color of the blue is bright and looks great on the patio. The wicker steel frame is sturdy and I love that the bottom feet are adjustable and make of a plastic that will not rust when they get wet. Living in Florida with lots of rain and moisture this is the place that I experience rust and marks on the pool deck. The wicker is tightly woven and grey color is a nice contrast to the blue cushions. Cushions are thick foam and the top cushion wraps around the back of the chair to prevent slippage. I received my chair and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the assembly was. Not to mention how beautiful the end result ended up looking! Unfortunately somewhere along the way a piece of the furniture was damaged. However the support team was very kind and were able to get me a replacement swiftly and effortlessly. I appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend owning at least a pair of these to lounge or get your tan on!! 10/10 ... show more

I guess you get what you pay for. These look nice enough but I can tell the weave will get loose quickly. There is a bar where the seat back and seat come together that is right where you sit or lay down and it’s very uncomfortable even with the cushion. I wish I could return them but we’re past that date now. ... show more

We bought this set of loungers and were able to put them together easily. They really looked good by the pool and everyone has enjoyed them. The only issue has been that they fade quickly (but most chairs do in the sun) and can start to tear a bit and can get worse rather quickly. I let the customer service know and they were kind enough to offer to replace the cushion cover as soon as possible. ... show more

First of all it is very very difficult to assemble. After an exhausting 4 hours I got them together. I did not like the way they looked or fit on the area I would be using them on. I decided I would like to return them. Forget it they will not take them back. They had about 5 ridiculous on why they count be sent back. Long story short I got sick of fighting with them and just kept the horrible loungers. They provided me a discount but that was a mistake because the chars are already coming apart. I should have stood my ground and demanded my money back. Do not buy anything from these people. I cannot believe amazon even allows them to sell on their sight. Very sad customer. ... show more
