As a result of some...questionable...work from a "Home Improvement" Contractor, we have a Chimney that doubles as a water-park ride. Even during the slightest rain, water would come pouring down. Into our fireplace. As a last resort, I purchased this tarp and wrapped the entire crown while waiting for the weather to be temperate enough to tear it down and rebuild. I have to say that this has exceeded every expectation. Even during driving winds and torrential rains, this wonderful product has stood firm. No rips or tears, despite being held in place with bags full of bricks and budgie cords. My only wish was that all Contractors were as reliable.as this product. I used this product to protect some garage items that I didn't have room for in the garage. I'll update this review with a photo when I have time. We had some very heavy rains over the past two months and the tarp provided good protection. The fabric and grommets look and feel sturdy, like they will NOT tear out.
