I bought these chairs because of the gliding motion. They are very comfortable & the rocking/gliding is relaxing & just what I wanted. The cushions are a bit scratchy, but this is typical of good outdoor material. They seem well made & hopefully will last me many years. I did buy covers for the chairs to protect from the elements. I assembled them myself without much effort, but it did take some time. As other reviews mention, do not completely tighten until assembly is done or there will be problems with alignment! There were no issues with the screws stripping. I can only speculate others over tighten or used power tools with too much torque! The side table is a great addition to the chairs. The hardware package was split open & some was missing. The packaging was well done & there wasn't any damage to the boxes. I contacted the vendor & they promptly responded to my request for additional hardware to complete assembly. Much appreciated their attention & quick turnaround! We just finished putting it all together. A few mishaps in initial assembly of 1st chair. They're the hardest piece to assemble. It is easier to assemble with 2 people and an electric screw driver that you can fit the Allen bit provided by them into it. The one that come with the furniture is decent but it's faster to use your own screwdriver. Love the set and it is comfortable to sit in, or slouch as my husband likes to do. LOL Seat is firm and back pillow is soft. Our handicapped neighbor was leery of sitting on the Sofa but found it relatively easy to get in and out of it. Very sturdy. All pieces/parts arrived in good condition in 2 separate deliveries. The only piece missing was a cap for the end of one of the legs on the sofa. This piece is actually not part of the assembly process. So it had to have been missed at the factory. I have sent a message to the company to see if they can send me one. Would not stop me from ordering this set. Update: they sent me the part needed. Great customer service. ... show more

These were nice looking and comfy with the extra deep cushions! Assembled in 2 hours, so not too bad. Rocker would not be the correct term to use. These DO NOT Rock...they are gliders so they have about 6 inches of ability to glide back and forth ONLY. No rocking at all! No tilt at all. You will always be sitting up straight...no leaning back even a little bit! They do turn 360 degrees which is nice. A good item for the price, but I was hoping they had a little rocking capability. ... show more

They look great but turned out to be too short for my 6’2” frame. Plus the chair swing is short. Not comfortable for me. Contacted Amazon about a return and Belford-Us okayed a return but at first was not offering to pay the return shipping. Finally they agreed to pay for return shipping. After they received the chairs back they charged me a restocking fee for opening, assembling one chair then disassembling and re-boxing to return them. So it cost me $80.97 to try their chair out. Finally received refund for restocking fees from Belford-US. If this would happened in the beginning of the return process my rating would of been considerably higher. But since I had to spend time contacting this company in getting a full refund I’ve decided to move my rating up to a 3 star. ... show more

Just updating to say: The items have held up so well, in the weather 24/7/365 since we purchased them. Still look like we just put them out. We have just ordered another set for the front porch. Original Review: Purchased for our outdoor space. Have enjoyed them since putting them together. Assembly was easy; follow the instructions and you won't have a problem. Love the swivel/rocking of the chairs and the ottomans are great for stretching out or additional seating. When we contacted customer service about an issue with one of the chairs, the respond was immediate - within 24 hours. The part was replaced very quickly, shipped and received within a week. The entire issue was handled with the utmost professionalism. Would definitely encourage anyone interested in outdoor furniture to check out Belord products.
