I ordered this sofa based on measurements as I had a very specific placement for it. It came in 3 boxes and was nicely packaged. Each box had specific items in it and it's own set of instructions/tools. It wasn't difficult to put together but I do think it is best to have two sets of hands when assembling because it is a lot of pieces! The cushions are pretty thick and give a nice padding. The modular nature of each individual seat/section makes this furniture very versatile and I could see this being appealing for when I host people and want to give a bit more separation. I probably should use the cover, but I don't because the furniture has to be arranged in a certain way for it to fit. That said, the cushions are water resistant and dry pretty quickly in the NC summer heat. The height of the sofa itself and the back cushions is comfortable and supportive. For reference I am 5'2" and have tons of space to stretch out, even on the shorter side. This sofa can easily and comfortably hold 5 people without feeling crowded. For the cost, we should have known the cushions wouldn't be the most comfortable. It's super cute and fits perfectly on our lanai. However, I do plan to add some memory foam to to the cushion to make it fluffier and more comfortable. But, the price was right!

We purchased the dark set with green cushions. Assembly was easy with the right tools (although it still took a few hours). Versatile in set-up and really classy looking set. The quality appears fine, but with two toddlers, I’ll keep you updated. Our set is in a dry, desert climate in a shaded location. We also bought the cover for the few times a year we do get rain, so I assume this set should last quite a while. The fire pit is a bit heavy, but we enjoy the way you can adjust the flame height by preference. It’s been about two months, and we are still happy with our choice. ... show more

It takes an awhile to put together because there are so many pieces and sometimes the holes don’t quite line up. It would be good to order an extra chair without having to order so many other pieces. The backs are a bit low and the cushions could be thicker.

Missing pieces to set it up. Now have to wait several weeks for them to ship from China. Not happy w taking 3+ weeks to set up something I was supposed to have in 3 days. Make sure you have hardware in every box you receive.
