The media could not be loaded. I have sciatica so I need a soft bed that doesn’t sink down. This mattress does that for me. I took a risk after looking at the reviews on this particular mattress. I finally decided to purchase it when I saw one review of a women rolling back-and-forth on the mattress and it wasn’t sinking in. When I got the mattress, I will admit the boxes is very heavy and the plastic on it is thick however, when I got it open, it popped open and expanded immediately. After about two hours, it fully expanded beyond the picture that I have here the mattress is nearly perfect to me. And I do believe I will be purchasing again. Not too soft and not too firm. Shipping was fast, and the bed is pretty great. I went from a 700$ medium firm that felt like concrete to this and it is better then I could have hoped for. I can sleep on my sides without my arms falling asleep and waking up with shoulder or arm pain. This bed is a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable mattress. Added bonus it didn't have that weird memory foam mattress smell, this is my 5th mattress and 1st that didn't smell. ... show more

I bought 2 of these. One inflated (mostly) and the other one did not. I contacted the company within 3 days and they NEVER responded. I couldn’t even use the one that DID inflate because when I tried I would wake up constantly because I would sink practically to the bottom. My neck and back hurt so badly that I gave up trying. I finally contacted Amazon and both mattresses were picked up a couple of weeks ago for return. I still have not gotten confirmation of their return, and needless to say, I have still not received my refund for either of them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS COMPANY! They say you shouldn’t skimp on things that separate you from the ground—shoes, furniture, and of course, your bed. But this is America—I don’t have thousands to drop on a mattress, but I crave the luxury of a king-sized mattress. It came down to this or the Ashley Chime (which a coworker recommended), but this one was on sale, so I took the savings and splurged on some nicer bedding instead. And let me tell you—it was the right call. We’ve had it long enough to know we absolutely love this bed. We paid nearly three times as much for a smaller queen-size Tuft & Needle, and my back was constantly aching. Since switching? Zero back pain. Pure comfort. My only complaint is that I spend more time in bed now. If only I could find a budget couch of similar quality 🤔 ... show more
