Lately I have been prone to more breakouts since I started exercising daily. I had quite a few little ones by my hair line and a large pimple on my nose and inside my ear. Unfortunately, this product was falsely advertised to have salicylic acid as an ingredient. I purchased the blue pouch by mistake, thinking I purchased the purple one, so I purchased the purple one however, upon receiving I saw that it did not have salicylic acid in there, which is the main reason why I bought it to treat my acne. I started using Dime Power Patches and couldn't find a fast replacement when they went out of stock. The price point was right here, so I bought these. They're not comparable. These are 3x as thick, meaning they "catch" on your pillowcase and slide off in the night. The adhesive isn't good. It's obvious you're wearing a white sticker on your face (not transparent or skin tone). I do like the perforated sheets for easy removal. Can't recommend these, sorry. ... show more
