This is really a nice weight set for doing some lite workouts. The weights come in 2 sizes, 1.25Kg and 2.5Kg's, you get 8-1.25KG weights and 4-2.5Kg weights, which is 20Kg or 44lbs of total weights. There are a variety of bars so you can make 2 dumbbells, 1 kettlebell, and you have a long bar what can be configured a few different ways for things like bench-press or curls. All the weights have a rubber coating around their rim, so you don't damage your floors. The bars are made out of plastic but seem very sturdy even if you add all the weights to the long bar, it doesn't scare me that it will break. The PASYOU dumbbell set is pretty versatile, with four different work-out configurations (single arm curls, long bar, kettle ball, and push-ups). You can't get more than roughly 30 pounds on the short bar (for curls, etc), and 45lbs on the long bar (which is made from connecting all of the smaller bars). The pictures are a little deceptive in that it shows two dumbbells (short bar) with 24 pounds each (eight larger weights) but there's just 4 large weights in total. The bars and locking nuts are all plastic, which doesn't feel durable. The overall weight amount isn't for heavy lifting, and I wouldn't use heavier weights on these bars. My wife loves these! (and I really enjoy them as well). The equipment quickly and easily transitions between push up grips, a kettlebell, dumbbells, and a bench press bar. There are multipe weights for easy adjustment to your desired strength level. The bar and handles are easy on your hands and not rough like most, the weights have a nice rubber ring to protect your floors and fingers. I go to the gym and do a lot of heavy lifting and wanted a set to have at home. This set is not necessarily for heavy lifting, but it's good to have around to work the muscles while at home. The weights feel good and are a nice vibrant color. It's nice to work the biceps while watching TV.

This comes with about 65lbs of weight. It's very versatile. I like that it doesn't take up too much space because you can mix and match the weight for different applications. It's great for a home gym. Not a lot of weight, though. So, this might not be good for people who want to do heavy lifting.
