I collect cookbooks. Love cookbooks. Read them like a novel. And then they sit on the shelf. I was blown away when this arrived and I sat down to leaf thru it...this is a cookbook that will see daily use and not join the other worthless and expensive ones I've purchased in the past. Every recipe is one that includes pantry items...I realized I could have this one for dinner or that one or that one...on and on without having to make another trip to the grocery for an item I may never use again. Every new air fryer user or experienced user would benefit from this well written book. Also every single recipe has a full page color photo so you know what your creation will look like! Fun. Debate is do I begin with the first recipe and cook my way thru the book or pick and choose. Buy this book at any price!!!! Worth it!!!!! ... show more

I needed a cookbook to go with the oven styled air fryer I got for Christmas. Every page has a recipe that is easy to follow and a nice picture to show what it’s supposed to look like. They are all so good that I wish I had time to make one each day. Very nice, would be a great gift too!
