I have a desk job that requires long hours and frequently find this helps me with both shoulder pain and keeps me from slouching as you have to balance it against your chair back to use it. The heating setting feels amazing as well without becoming too warm; but you can use 4 different settings as you need it. Overall well worth the cost and as long as you don't overuse it in a day it'll leave you feeling a little better. I love this massager. I’ve owned several and none have ever worked very well. This one is really sturdy and gives a good firm massage at a speed that is comfortable. The heat makes it even better. It’s not hot like a heating pad, just warm enough to help relax the muscles. It is fairly light weight, compact and easy to move around and adjust. I use it on my neck, back, thighs and calves. I bought this yesterday and it arrived within 6 hours! Super fast shipping. I wanted to save money from having to book deep tissue massages in the coming months. I previously had a Homedics version for several years but our new puppy peed on it so it had to go bye bye. I was skeptical when I saw this box thinking it would be too small and trashy. Not so! It’s the perfect size to use all over the body. I started my first massage sitting upright on the couch and gently placed it under my left hip and buttock to help with tightness and sciatic pain. Perfect! It was able to dig into the muscle and give an excellent massage. I loved how it rotated both directions to really get the knots out. I did both sides and went down my legs, then moved to a painful left shoulder and upper arm area. I was actually able to gently hold it against my chest and upper arm to get into the sore clavicle area as well as the shoulder. I went to bed shortly afterwards and slept well through the night. Now at work the next day I notice my walking is better and I’m not limping once I get out of the car. My lower back is less tight and I feel like I will be able to get through the day without popping Aleve to help. This is just after 1 use so I’m looking forward to more! I ordered this massager at the end of September 2024. I used it pretty frequently (a few times a week) for my shoulder and lower back pain. It really helped relieve muscle tension and the heat quality was also good. I really liked that it also came with a cigarette lighter adapter and allowed me to use the massager in the car for long road trips! Unfortunately, after only 3 months of use, it stopped working or turning on. I was hoping it was just the wall adapter that was busted. As all day Uber driver, you know sitting the whole day gives you back pain and this does an amazing job , u can keep it in the car as well for a great massage. Only reason I gave four stars it's not strong enough but it's worth for the price.
